【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的迅猛發(fā)展，，人們對(duì)生活的物質(zhì)需要日益增長(zhǎng)，餐桌上的食品種類日益豐富，瓜果蔬菜作為人們的生活必需消費(fèi)品，其消費(fèi)量也日益增加，其種類豐富多樣化，同時(shí)，我們要嚴(yán)格控制市場(chǎng)果蔬的物流量從而使果蔬價(jià)格趨于穩(wěn)定。在這樣的情況下，現(xiàn)代物流在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用日益顯著，特別是對(duì)于果蔬之類需要保鮮，產(chǎn)品生命周期短的物品，其在市場(chǎng)上流通量的把握始終是制約物流企業(yè)和分銷商的一大瓶頸問題，怎樣保證市場(chǎng)上的瓜果蔬菜可以滿足人們的正常的生活需要，又可以盡量減少瓜果蔬菜因物流不當(dāng)而帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失顯得特別重要。本文分析了基于溫控供應(yīng)鏈管理的果蔬現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)存在的問題，認(rèn)識(shí)到平衡市場(chǎng)流量，確保果蔬物流暢通尤為關(guān)鍵，同時(shí)提出通過利用現(xiàn)代物流，特別是果蔬的儲(chǔ)存、儲(chǔ)備，調(diào)控果蔬流量，保證了農(nóng)民、中間批發(fā)商和消費(fèi)者的利益，從宏觀和微觀兩方面提出平衡果蔬物流量而且確保果蔬物流暢通的對(duì)策和建議。 本論文的前兩章，主要介紹了本文的緒論及一些理論的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)；第三、四、五章是文章的主體部分，首先分析了目前國內(nèi)外果蔬物流系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，指出取得的成績(jī)和國內(nèi)果蔬物流存在的問題，果蔬流通環(huán)節(jié)多、物流成本高、果蔬價(jià)格不穩(wěn)定、果蔬質(zhì)量安全不能保證等問題，直接損害果蔬生產(chǎn)者和消費(fèi)者的利益。然后分析了果蔬物流系統(tǒng)各流通量對(duì)果蔬價(jià)格的相關(guān)性；論述了溫控供應(yīng)鏈管理對(duì)果蔬物流的調(diào)控作用。第六章是對(duì)本文的概括總結(jié)，根據(jù)前幾章的研究提出一系列的確保果蔬物流暢通的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the material needs of people for life are increasing day by day, the kinds of food on the table are becoming more and more abundant, and the consumption of melon, fruit and vegetables, as a necessary consumer goods for people, is increasing day by day, and the varieties are rich and diversified. At the same time, we must strictly control the market flow of fruits and vegetables so that fruit and vegetable prices tend to stabilize. Under such circumstances, modern logistics plays an increasingly important role in economic development, especially for items such as fruits and vegetables that need to be kept fresh and have a short product life cycle. Its circulation in the market has always been a bottleneck restricting logistics enterprises and distributors, how to ensure that the market fruits and vegetables can meet the normal needs of people's lives, It is particularly important to minimize the economic losses caused by improper logistics of fruits and vegetables. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the modern logistics system of fruits and vegetables based on temperature-controlled supply chain management, and realizes that it is crucial to balance the market flow and ensure the smooth flow of fruits and vegetables. At the same time, it puts forward that using modern logistics, especially the storage and storage of fruits and vegetables, is very important. Regulating the flow of fruits and vegetables to ensure the interests of farmers, middle wholesalers and consumers, from the macro and micro aspects of the balance of the flow of fruit and vegetables and ensure the smooth flow of fruit and vegetables countermeasures and suggestions. The first two chapters of this paper mainly introduce the introduction of this paper and some basic knowledge of the theory; The third, fourth and fifth chapters are the main part of the article. Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation of fruit and vegetable logistics system at home and abroad, points out the achievements and the problems existing in the domestic fruit and vegetable logistics, the fruit and vegetable circulation links are many, and the logistics cost is high. The price of fruits and vegetables is unstable and the quality and safety of fruits and vegetables can not be guaranteed, which directly damages the interests of producers and consumers of fruits and vegetables. Then it analyzes the correlation between the circulation flux of fruit and vegetable logistics system and the price of fruit and vegetable, and discusses the effect of temperature control supply chain management on fruit and vegetable logistics. The sixth chapter is the summary of this paper, according to the previous chapters of the study put forward a series of guarantee measures to ensure the smooth flow of fruits and vegetables.
