基于EPCIS的物流信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)方法研究
[Abstract]:With the development of logistics industry in our country, logistics management information system (LMIs) has provided a single logistics service in the past, a comprehensive logistics service and an emerging door-to-door logistics service. Its service mode is developing towards the direction of integrated information management in supply chain. However, the software developed by domestic logistics software providers is weak in function and poor in system integration. At the same time, it is difficult to share the data of logistics information system within the enterprise and in the supply chain, and the problem of "information isolated island" is very serious. The goal of EPC system is to achieve efficient information transmission and information sharing among enterprises in global supply chain. Many cases show that EPC system has great application value and potential in solving the problems of poor integration of logistics information system and "information island" in the current environment of our country. However, in the logistics industry of our country, a large number of logistics information systems use bar code scanning and post entry of documents. The hardware such as RFID reader and electronic label are not widely used because of the high cost, which makes the widespread use of EPC system difficult. In this paper, in the development of logistics information system based on bar code scanning and post entry documents, the application of EPCIS technology, which is the most key technology in EPC system, is put forward to improve the development efficiency of the system, enhance the adaptability of the process and the degree of code reuse. Eliminate the problem of "information island". First of all, this paper deeply analyzes the design idea of EPCIS, the core component of EPC system, and summarizes the commonness of logistics activities, that is, logistics activities change the position and state of goods. Secondly, based on the commonness of logistics activities and EPCIS, the development method of logistics enterprise information system is put forward. This method grasps the commonness of logistics activity, unifies the development method of each logistics activity in operation layer, eliminates the relation between logistics activity, logistics activity and inventory and so on, and improves the reuse degree of module greatly. Finally, the paper designs the coding, operation layer module and so on, which makes EPCIS suitable for bar code scanning and manual entry of documents. A prototype system of logistics information system using EPCIS without using RFID hardware is developed. The prototype system operation layer consists of eight functional modules, and the management includes three modules: product information management, inventory management and vehicle path planning. The results show that the prototype system has high process adaptability. When the business process changes, the prototype system can be quickly modified to adapt to the new process.
