中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響研究

【摘要】:早在20世紀(jì)90年代末期,我國學(xué)者就曾預(yù)測(cè),電子商務(wù)將成為21世紀(jì)全球信息世界的核心,擁有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。Bill Gates也曾經(jīng)預(yù)言:“在21世紀(jì),要么電子商務(wù),要么無商可務(wù)”。未來電子商務(wù)會(huì)成為我國中小企業(yè)開展國內(nèi)外貿(mào)易的最重要?jiǎng)恿Α2B電子商務(wù)是電子商務(wù)的主要形式,經(jīng)過十多年的發(fā)展,已取得了令人矚目的成績,大量的中小企業(yè)在B2B電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)上從事貿(mào)易活動(dòng)。中小企業(yè)的B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易是中小企業(yè)對(duì)B2B電子商務(wù)的具體運(yùn)用。事實(shí)證明,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息化程度的不斷提高,這些在B2B平臺(tái)上開展貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的中小企業(yè),其發(fā)展從數(shù)量及質(zhì)量上都對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)起到了舉足輕重的影響,并且對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的重構(gòu)也發(fā)揮著不可缺少的作用,因此有必要對(duì)此展開研究。本文的研究內(nèi)容是我國中小企業(yè)的B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的影響問題,遵循以下研究路徑:首先對(duì)與本文相關(guān)的電子商務(wù)的國內(nèi)外研究綜述進(jìn)行總結(jié)和簡要評(píng)析;其次闡述了中小企業(yè)的B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長與經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)變化的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理,并在此基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出其促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制;再次,借鑒國內(nèi)外關(guān)于信息化和電子商務(wù)的測(cè)度體系,運(yùn)用AHP層次分析法構(gòu)建了對(duì)我國中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易發(fā)展水平的評(píng)價(jià)體系,通過將發(fā)展水平指數(shù)化后建立經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)回歸模型來分析中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長中的作用效果。同時(shí),研究了中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)中的影響,以其對(duì)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的滲透作用、對(duì)相關(guān)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的促進(jìn)作用和對(duì)就業(yè)的影響為重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行闡述;最后,基于前述研究,對(duì)促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,我國中小企業(yè)的B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易是以信息技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),通過技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、變革交易管理方式、促進(jìn)流通、節(jié)約與優(yōu)化配置資源等內(nèi)在作用來促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長,通過產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化和信息產(chǎn)業(yè)化,改變就業(yè)等外在表現(xiàn)來優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)和就業(yè)布局。第二,通過建立中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易發(fā)展水平的評(píng)價(jià)體系,并進(jìn)行指數(shù)計(jì)算和貢獻(xiàn)模型分析,證明中小企業(yè)B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易發(fā)展水平指數(shù)每增加1%,會(huì)帶來GDP增加0.149%,直觀地反映了中小企業(yè)的B2B平臺(tái)貿(mào)易對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的正效應(yīng)。第三,在對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響上,中小企業(yè)B2B貿(mào)易向傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的滲透,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)向線上貿(mào)易,提高了管理和流通水平。同時(shí)它還帶動(dòng)了第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展,催生出B2B供應(yīng)鏈金融服務(wù),帶動(dòng)了第三方物流的發(fā)展,衍生出大量與之相關(guān)的電子商務(wù)服務(wù)業(yè)。在此過程中,勞動(dòng)力資源也得到合理配置,就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化,就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)增加。
[Abstract]:As early as the late 1990s, Chinese scholars predicted that e-commerce would become the core of the global information world in the 21st century, and that. Bill Gates had a broad prospect of development. There is no business to do. " In the future, electronic commerce will become the most important driving force for small and medium-sized enterprises in China to carry out domestic and foreign trade. B2B electronic commerce is the main form of electronic commerce. After more than 10 years of development, it has made remarkable achievements. A large number of small and medium enterprises are engaged in trade activities on B2B e-commerce platform. The B-B platform trade of medium and small enterprises is the concrete application of small and medium-sized enterprises to B2B e-commerce. It has been proved that with the development of economic globalization and information technology, the development of these small and medium-sized enterprises which carry out trade activities on the B2B platform has played an important role in the economic activities of our country in terms of quantity and quality. And the reconstruction of economic pattern also plays an indispensable role, so it is necessary to study it. The research content of this paper is the impact of B2B platform trade of small and medium-sized enterprises on China's economic development, following the following research path: firstly, the summary and brief evaluation of domestic and foreign research on e-commerce related to this paper; Secondly, it expounds the economic principle that the trade of small and medium-sized enterprises' B2B platform affects the economic growth and the change of economic structure, and sums up the transmission mechanism to promote the economic development on the basis of it. Thirdly, using the measurement system of information and electronic commerce at home and abroad for reference, using AHP analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of the level of trade development of B2B platform of small and medium-sized enterprises in China. The contribution regression model of economic growth is established after indexation of development level to analyze the effect of small and medium-sized enterprises' B2B platform trade in China's economic growth. At the same time, it studies the impact of B2B platform trade on the optimization and upgrading of China's economic structure, focusing on its penetration role to the traditional industries, the promotion role of related tertiary industries and the impact on employment. Finally, based on the above research, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of small and medium-sized B2B platform trade. The results show that: first, the B2B platform trade of small and medium-sized enterprises in China is based on information technology, through technological innovation, to achieve economies of scale, change transaction management, promote circulation. The inherent function of saving and optimizing the allocation of resources is to promote economic growth, and to optimize the industrial and employment layout by means of industrial informatization and information industrialization, and changing the external performance of employment. Second, by establishing an evaluation system for the level of trade development of small and medium-sized enterprises on B2B platform, and making index calculation and contribution model analysis, it is proved that each increase of trade level index of small and medium-sized enterprises in B2B platform will lead to an increase of 0.149% in GDP. It intuitively reflects the positive effect of B2B platform trade on China's economic growth. Thirdly, on the influence of economic structure, the B2B trade of small and medium-sized enterprises infiltrates into traditional industries, and traditional industries turn to on-line trade, which improves the management and circulation level. At the same time, it also promotes the overall development of the tertiary industry, spawning the B2B supply chain financial services, driving the development of third party logistics, and derived a large number of related e-commerce services. In this process, the labor resources are allocated reasonably, the employment structure is optimized and the employment opportunities are increased.
