【摘要】：企業(yè)資源計劃（Enterprise Resource Planning，ERP）是面向系統(tǒng)信息的一種集成化管理技術(shù)，在原材料供應(yīng)和管理、產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、制造、銷售過程中，用來實現(xiàn)信息集成、信息傳遞、信息管理和維護。自ERP誕生以來，其不僅僅是在企業(yè)管理思想上有了極大的提升，而且還在軟件產(chǎn)品這方面同樣獲得了極快的拓展，使得制造業(yè)企業(yè)管理水平得到了極大的提升，同時也帶來了大量的亟待解決的事件任務(wù)。 本課題面向應(yīng)用于紡機制造企業(yè)ERP，研發(fā)適合紡機制造企業(yè)的基于WCF的消息服務(wù)機制，將它作為供應(yīng)鏈中各個節(jié)點間消息傳遞的橋梁，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計部門、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)部門、物資采購部門等部門的之間的及時通訊，達到縮短產(chǎn)品開發(fā)周期、降低成本和提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量的目的，同時，使ERP系統(tǒng)中的各個模塊能緊密聯(lián)系在一起，提高用戶的辦公和供應(yīng)鏈的效率。 在分析ERP系統(tǒng)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展前景及其在紡機制造領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，研究了.NET Framework、WCF和XMLHttpRequest(Comet)三項技術(shù)以及用于提高用戶體驗度的前端Javascript控件庫-JQueryEasyUI的特點與方法，并運用這些方法構(gòu)建了懸浮于ERP系統(tǒng)工作頁面頂端的消息通訊面板模型。以該消息通訊面板模型為基礎(chǔ)，以實現(xiàn)將各個不用角色用戶發(fā)起或需及時接收的事件消息互通有無為目的，確定系統(tǒng)設(shè)計目標、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案、系統(tǒng)開發(fā)平臺以及系統(tǒng)功能構(gòu)架。以ERP系統(tǒng)的基本需求為基礎(chǔ)，以消息服務(wù)機制實現(xiàn)的三大核心：完備性、及時性、交互性為中心，對系統(tǒng)進行了深入探討。本文還提出了能夠支撐整個消息服務(wù)機制的消息結(jié)構(gòu)體、能夠配合整個消息服務(wù)機制的前端.Net Comet模型、結(jié)合公司的服務(wù)器的處理能力和可能的用戶最大并發(fā)數(shù)量而制定的WCF服務(wù)以及用JQueryEasyUI構(gòu)建的能夠豐富用戶前端體驗度的消息通訊面板模型等。最后利用不同角色的用戶來操作ERP系統(tǒng)進行互發(fā)事件消息，演示了系統(tǒng)中消息服務(wù)機制的實際工作過程。 根據(jù)ERP系統(tǒng)中存在著大量事件任務(wù)亟待解決的需求，利用XMLHttpRequest的方式(Comet)連接服務(wù)器，，使前端用戶能夠在一段時間內(nèi)保持與服務(wù)器的連接，將客戶端與服務(wù)端之間通信不及時的矛盾加以改進；利用WCF技術(shù)編寫基于WCF的服務(wù)端的消息服務(wù)，滿足客戶端和服務(wù)端通信時的安全性、可靠性、擴展性和配置性要求；利用前端頁面的緩存以及數(shù)據(jù)庫，將用戶未能及時接受的消息進行存儲，保證了消息的完備性。通過用戶登錄ERP系統(tǒng)進行測試，證明了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和實用性。且因為消息服務(wù)機制的設(shè)計方法和相關(guān)建模方法具有擴展性和通用性，因此系統(tǒng)可以很容易地移植到其他環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Enterprise Resource Planning (Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP) is an integrated information oriented management technology, which is used to realize information integration, information transmission, information management and maintenance in the process of raw material supply and management, product design, manufacture and sales. Since the birth of ERP, it has not only greatly improved the enterprise management thought, but also obtained the extremely fast expansion in the software product aspect, made the manufacturing enterprise management level obtained the enormous enhancement. At the same time, it also brings a large number of urgent event tasks. This project is aimed at developing the WCF based message service mechanism for spinning machine manufacturing enterprise ERP, which is used as a bridge between the nodes in the supply chain to realize the product design department and the product production department. The timely communication between the material purchasing departments and other departments can shorten the product development cycle, reduce the cost and improve the design quality. At the same time, the various modules in the ERP system can be closely linked together. Improve the efficiency of office and supply chain. Based on the analysis of the present research situation, development prospect and application status of ERP system in spinning machine manufacturing field, the .NET Framework, is studied. Three technologies, WCF and XMLHttpRequest (Comet), as well as the characteristics and methods of JQueryEasyUI, a front-end Javascript control library used to improve the user experience, are used to construct the message communication panel model suspended at the top of the working page of the ERP system. According to the need of a large number of event tasks in ERP system, (Comet) is used to connect to the server in XMLHttpRequest mode, so that the front-end users can maintain the connection with the server for a period of time. Improve the contradiction of communication between client and server; The message service based on WCF is written by WCF technology, which meets the requirements of security, reliability, expansibility and configuration of communication between client and server. The cache of front page and database are used to store the message which the user can not accept in time, which ensures the completeness of the message. The stability and practicability of the system are proved by user logging on ERP system. Because the design method of message service mechanism and the related modeling method are extensible and universal, the system can be easily transplanted to other environments.
