不相等交付頻率下考慮均衡性的訂貨與交付聯(lián)合優(yōu)化模型研究
[Abstract]:The research of ordering and delivery in supply chain environment is a problem that the academic circles pay close attention to. A good ordering and delivery strategy can not only reduce the total cost of the supply chain system and improve the efficiency of the supply chain system, but also flexibly select different frequencies for different retailers to deliver products. It also deals with the shortage loss caused by the uncertainty of market demand to ensure a certain service level and balance the unfairness caused by the difference of service level among retailers. Therefore, this paper chooses the joint optimization problem of ordering and delivery for single-supplier, multi-retailer and two-level supply system as the research object, and constructs a joint optimization model of ordering and delivery considering equilibrium under unequal delivery frequency. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to achieve the overall optimal goal of enterprise economic benefit and the balanced service level of each retailer. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the joint optimization model of ordering and delivery with equal delivery frequency is constructed. Under the equal delivery frequency, the retailer's ordering process and the supplier's delivery process are considered together, and the optimal model of ordering and delivery is constructed, and the model is analyzed under the condition of uncertain demand. A reasonable joint optimization strategy for ordering and delivery is obtained. (2) the joint optimization model of ordering and delivery considering equilibrium is constructed under unequal delivery frequency. Under the condition of uncertain demand, we adopt more flexible unequal delivery frequency strategy for different retailers. At the same time, we change the former research mode which only considers the cost to consider the balance of service level and economic factors. Taking into account the service level equilibrium factor, through the treatment of unequal delivery frequencies and the analysis of service level equilibrium factors, A reasonable joint optimization strategy of ordering and delivery is obtained. (3) Model solving based on Tabu search algorithm and application example analysis. Taking the stainless steel product supply chain system in the steel distribution center of Shenyang Baosteel as an example, the model is solved by using the mixed Tabu search algorithm (Mixed Tabu Search Algorithm) to provide reasonable order and delivery support for enterprise decision. The validity of the model is verified by an application example. The joint optimization model of ordering and delivery considering equilibrium in unequal delivery frequency proposed in this paper is rich in the research of ordering and delivery problem in supply chain, and at the same time, The equilibrium factors of service level studied in this paper provide valuable operational guidance for enterprises to maintain cooperative relationship with customers and improve customer loyalty.
