基于無缺陷退貨的易逝品供應(yīng)鏈回購契約研究

【摘要】:文章針對由單個(gè)制造商和零售商所構(gòu)成的易逝品供應(yīng)鏈中無缺陷退貨問題,在隨機(jī)需求市場壞境下,考慮銷售努力水平對市場需求和消費(fèi)者退貨率的影響,建立決策模型。首先,分析了單純的回購契約無法協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)鏈的原因。然后,提出了限制性回購契約,通過限制回購產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量使供應(yīng)鏈達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)。最后對模型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,確定了零售商最優(yōu)努力水平和最優(yōu)訂貨量,并通過算例分析了在限制性回購契約下,努力水平對回購量和供應(yīng)鏈中成員利潤的影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, considering the influence of the level of sales effort on the market demand and the return rate of consumers, a decision model is established for the defect free return problem in the perishable goods supply chain, which is composed of a single manufacturer and a retailer, under the bad situation of random demand market. Firstly, the paper analyzes the reason why the supply chain can not be coordinated by simple repurchase contract. Then, a restrictive repurchase contract is proposed to coordinate the supply chain by limiting the quantity of repurchase products. Finally, the model is optimized to determine the retailer's optimal effort level and the optimal order quantity, and the effect of the effort level on the repurchase quantity and the profit of the member in the supply chain is analyzed by an example.
