【摘要】：近年來，服務(wù)業(yè)、供應(yīng)鏈和現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展，為物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的產(chǎn)生提供了契機(jī)。物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)峭ㄟ^物流服務(wù)集成商和單層或多層物流服務(wù)提供商構(gòu)建的新型供應(yīng)鏈模式，無論是對于提供物流服務(wù)的企業(yè)而言，還是對需求物流服務(wù)的制造、零售業(yè)而言，它的誕生都大幅度節(jié)約了成本、提高了效率。但是，物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈由于自身的不確定性，會給企業(yè)帶來風(fēng)險，風(fēng)險的存在必然影響物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈實現(xiàn)其提高競爭力、增加敏捷性和柔性、提高效率、降低成本的目標(biāo)。目前，學(xué)者們對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)涵與結(jié)構(gòu)、協(xié)調(diào)能力、績效評價、風(fēng)險等方面做出研究。本文在以上研究基礎(chǔ)上，使用FMEA技術(shù)對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險管理進(jìn)行研究。 本文采用定性與定量相結(jié)合、理論與實證相結(jié)合的方法，對物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險進(jìn)行研究。首先，通過整理背景資料和文獻(xiàn)，總結(jié)了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈的研究現(xiàn)狀，提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容和研究方法。其次，界定物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險，并闡述風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論，且詳細(xì)介紹了FMEA技術(shù)的操作步驟。第三，介紹了安能物流公司組建的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈業(yè)務(wù)流程，并且詳盡闡述了可能引起該物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的因素，分析其原因并在此基礎(chǔ)上列舉了可能的失效模式、失效影響。第四，根據(jù)可能產(chǎn)生的失效模式設(shè)定了FMEA評分表，，使用德爾菲法邀請該服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈上的管理者、實際活動執(zhí)行者和物流領(lǐng)域?qū)＜疫M(jìn)行打分，計算風(fēng)險順序數(shù)并對排名前15的失效模式進(jìn)行分析。最后，根據(jù)排名與結(jié)果分析，從合作伙伴選擇及關(guān)系維護(hù)、元活動控制、客戶管理及信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用四個方面對該物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險進(jìn)行控制和防范。 本文研究對象來源于理論與實踐的結(jié)合，豐富了服務(wù)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代物流和供應(yīng)鏈的理論，同時在實際中可以指導(dǎo)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險的防范。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of service industry, supply chain and modern logistics industry provides an opportunity for the emergence of logistics service supply chain. Logistics service supply chain is a new supply chain model constructed by logistics service integrators and single-layer or multi-layer logistics service providers. It is not only for enterprises that provide logistics services, but also for manufacturing and retailing of logistics services. Its birth has greatly saved the cost and improved the efficiency. However, because of its own uncertainty, logistics service supply chain will bring risks to enterprises, the existence of risk will inevitably affect the logistics service supply chain to achieve its goal of improving competitiveness, increasing agility and flexibility, improving efficiency and reducing costs. At present, scholars study the connotation and structure of logistics service supply chain, coordination ability, performance evaluation, risk and so on. Based on the above research, this paper uses FMEA technology to study the risk management of logistics service supply chain. In this paper, the risk of logistics service supply chain is studied by combining qualitative and quantitative, theoretical and empirical methods. Firstly, the research status of logistics service supply chain is summarized, and the research contents and methods are put forward. Secondly, it defines the risk of logistics service supply chain, expounds the related theory of risk management, and introduces the operation steps of FMEA technology in detail. Thirdly, the business process of logistics service supply chain established by Aneng logistics company is introduced, and the factors that may cause the risk of logistics service supply chain are expounded in detail, the reasons are analyzed and the possible failure modes are listed. Failure effect. Fourthly, the FMEA score table is set according to the possible failure mode. The Delphi method is used to invite the managers of the service supply chain, practitioners of actual activities and experts in the field of logistics to score. Calculate the risk order and analyze the top 15 failure modes. Finally, according to ranking and result analysis, this paper controls and prevents the risk of logistics service supply chain from four aspects: partner selection and relationship maintenance, meta-activity control, customer management and information technology application. The research object of this paper comes from the combination of theory and practice, which enriches the theory of service industry, modern logistics and supply chain, and can guide the risk prevention of logistics service supply chain in practice.
