庫(kù)存與價(jià)格均影響需求的供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)研究

【摘要】:供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)可以有效應(yīng)對(duì)需求的不確定性、信息的時(shí)變性、資源的稀缺性等重大挑戰(zhàn).因此,研究供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)具有重要的意義.在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,某些產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)銷售量會(huì)受到庫(kù)存與價(jià)格的制約,庫(kù)存量大而價(jià)格低的產(chǎn)品容易吸引大量顧客前來購(gòu)買,反之則很難激發(fā)顧客的購(gòu)買欲望.本文應(yīng)用價(jià)格折扣策略,對(duì)需求受到庫(kù)存與價(jià)格影響的產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)問題進(jìn)行了研究,主要內(nèi)容包括: (1)研究了基于價(jià)格折扣策略的庫(kù)存與價(jià)格影響需求的供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)問題.在假設(shè)庫(kù)存與價(jià)格影響產(chǎn)品需求的條件下,分別建立了分散、集中與協(xié)調(diào)三種決策下的數(shù)學(xué)模型;對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了理論分析,設(shè)計(jì)了求解的算法;應(yīng)用價(jià)格折扣策略對(duì)系統(tǒng)的利潤(rùn)進(jìn)行分配,證明了在一定條件下,通過設(shè)置適當(dāng)?shù)膬r(jià)格折扣率,可以使供應(yīng)鏈實(shí)現(xiàn)有效的協(xié)調(diào).通過數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)說明了模型,同時(shí)對(duì)一些重要參數(shù)作了靈敏度分析. (2)研究了基于價(jià)格折扣和利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)成比例策略的供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào)問題.分別建立了分散與協(xié)調(diào)決策情形下的數(shù)學(xué)模型,其中考慮了應(yīng)用價(jià)格折扣產(chǎn)生的機(jī)會(huì)成本;分析了模型最優(yōu)解的性質(zhì),給出了相應(yīng)的求解算法;設(shè)計(jì)了價(jià)格折扣和利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)成比例的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,證明了在一定條件下可以實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)調(diào).用數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)方法考察了相關(guān)參數(shù)的變化對(duì)最優(yōu)訂購(gòu)決策的影響.
[Abstract]:The coordination of supply chain can effectively deal with such major challenges as uncertainty of demand, time-varying of information, scarcity of resources and so on. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the coordination of supply chain. In reality, the market sales of some products will be restricted by the inventory and price. The products with large inventory and low price are easy to attract a large number of customers to buy, otherwise, it is difficult to stimulate the desire of customers to buy. In this paper, price discount strategy is used to study the supply chain coordination of products whose demand is affected by inventory and price. The main contents are as follows: (1) the coordination between inventory and supply chain based on price discount strategy is studied. Under the assumption that inventory and price affect product demand, the mathematical models of decentralized, centralized and coordinated decision-making are established, and the theoretical analysis of the model is carried out, and the algorithm for solving the model is designed. The price discount strategy is applied to distribute the profit of the system. It is proved that under certain conditions the supply chain can be coordinated effectively by setting the appropriate discount rate. The model is illustrated by numerical experiments and sensitivity analysis of some important parameters is made. (2) the coordination problem of supply chain based on price discount and profit growth proportional strategy is studied. The mathematical models of decentralized and coordinated decision-making are established, in which the opportunity cost generated by price discount is considered, the properties of the optimal solution of the model are analyzed, and the corresponding algorithm is given. The coordination mechanism of price discount and profit increase is designed, and it is proved that the coordination of supply chain can be realized under certain conditions. The influence of the change of the relevant parameters on the optimal ordering decision is investigated by numerical experiments.
