CM公司B2C電子商務(wù)物流配送體系構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,商業(yè)市場(chǎng)迎來了一場(chǎng)信息技術(shù)大變革,電子商務(wù)逐漸被更多的人應(yīng)用和接受,將成為未來主流商務(wù)模式,物流服務(wù)是電子商務(wù)中的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),是不能電子化的,是電子商務(wù)不可或缺的一環(huán),企業(yè)在電子商務(wù)中成功,必先做好物流服務(wù)方案,選擇合適的物流模式,從而形成了一個(gè)巨大的電子商務(wù)物流市場(chǎng)。作為一個(gè)第三方物流企業(yè)如何在這個(gè)電子商務(wù)物流的浪潮中選擇合適的物流發(fā)展模式,制定自己的物流服務(wù)方案,提高物流運(yùn)作效率和效果,提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是現(xiàn)代第三方物流企業(yè)成功的關(guān)鍵因素。本文通過分析電子商務(wù)企業(yè)選擇的物流模式的基礎(chǔ)上,特別是B2C電子商務(wù)物流進(jìn)一進(jìn)步優(yōu)化提升的方法和建議。在綜合分析當(dāng)前物流的先進(jìn)理念和技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國(guó)具體物流發(fā)展情況和市場(chǎng)形態(tài),以理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方式,著重實(shí)踐運(yùn)用的思路,通過對(duì)目前社會(huì)上和學(xué)術(shù)上普遍關(guān)系和討論的電商主要物流模式:自營(yíng)物流模式、外包物流模式、物流聯(lián)盟模式進(jìn)行剖析具體操作及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),從國(guó)際上的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和未來社會(huì)分工細(xì)化來看,第三方物流模式是未來行業(yè)的主要方向。電子商務(wù)可以根據(jù)自身的特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)勢(shì)建立一套適合自己的物流體系模式,以更好的參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。本文分析了信息化是B2C電子商務(wù)物流的主要特征,一個(gè)先進(jìn)B2C電子商務(wù)物流系統(tǒng)必須要實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化,達(dá)到全程的可視化、可控制、實(shí)現(xiàn)物流信息在整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈中互通、可得。以及在信息化的基礎(chǔ)上,如何利用現(xiàn)代的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)原理設(shè)計(jì)物流服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)方案。在理論探討的基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)論證了CM公司作為依托于中國(guó)家電行業(yè)巨頭公司的一家第三方物流,在家電物流市場(chǎng)上成長(zhǎng)迅速,結(jié)合公司的未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略計(jì)劃,以及公司目前的資源條件,對(duì)公司的目前物流體系系統(tǒng)狀況進(jìn)行分析,提出了公司要進(jìn)入電子商務(wù)B2C物流市場(chǎng)如何優(yōu)化目前的物流體系系統(tǒng),使公司的物流運(yùn)作更高效、更合理,如何為客戶提供更好的物流服務(wù),提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the development and application of information technology, the commercial market has ushered in a great change of information technology. Electronic commerce is gradually applied and accepted by more people, and will become the mainstream business model in the future. Logistics service is the key link in electronic commerce. It is not electronic, is an indispensable part of electronic commerce, enterprises in e-commerce success, must first do a good job logistics service scheme, select the appropriate logistics model, thus forming a huge e-commerce logistics market. As a third party logistics enterprise, how to choose the appropriate logistics development mode in the tide of e-commerce logistics, formulate its own logistics service plan, improve the efficiency and effect of logistics operation, enhance the competitiveness, Is the modern third party logistics enterprise success key factor. On the basis of analyzing the logistics mode chosen by e-commerce enterprises, especially the methods and suggestions of B2C e-commerce logistics advance and optimization. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the advanced concepts and technologies of current logistics, combined with the specific logistics development situation and market pattern in China, the train of thought of practical application is emphasized in the way of integrating theory with practice. Through the analysis of the main logistics modes of e-commerce which are generally related and discussed in the society and academe at present: the self-management logistics model, the outsourcing logistics mode, the logistics alliance mode, the specific operation, the advantages and disadvantages, are analyzed. From the international advanced experience and the future social division of labor, the third party logistics model is the main direction of the future industry. According to its own characteristics and advantages, e-commerce can set up a suitable logistics system model to better participate in market competition. This paper analyzes that informationization is the main characteristic of B2C E-commerce logistics. An advanced B2C E-commerce logistics system must realize informationization, achieve the visualization and control of the whole process, and realize the mutual exchange and availability of logistics information in the whole supply chain. And on the basis of information, how to use modern statistical principles to design logistics service level evaluation scheme. On the basis of the theoretical discussion, this paper emphatically demonstrates that CM Company, as a third party logistics company relying on the Chinese household appliance industry giant company, has grown rapidly in the home appliance logistics market, and combined with the company's future development strategy plan. As well as the company's current resource conditions, the paper analyzes the current situation of the company's logistics system, and puts forward how to optimize the current logistics system in order to make the company's logistics operation more efficient to enter the e-commerce B2C logistics market. More reasonable, how to provide customers with better logistics services, improve market competitiveness.
