【摘要】：從質(zhì)量鏈管理視角研究了大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目多個(gè)參建方情況下的質(zhì)量管理問題。通過對(duì)比供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量鏈管理的差異,給出宏觀質(zhì)量鏈的定義與概念,論證工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目引入質(zhì)量鏈管理的必要性。闡述了質(zhì)量鏈的構(gòu)建方法與運(yùn)行機(jī)理,提出了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量層級(jí)分解方法,總結(jié)了各層級(jí)的質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵鏈。進(jìn)而研究了大型復(fù)雜項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量層級(jí)協(xié)同優(yōu)化理論,分析了宏觀質(zhì)量能力協(xié)同要素,提出質(zhì)量鏈質(zhì)量能力協(xié)同優(yōu)化概念模型,并指出了宏觀質(zhì)量管理措施。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of quality chain management, this paper studies the quality management of large-scale complex projects with multiple participants. By comparing the differences between supply chain quality management and quality chain management, the definition and concept of macro-quality chain are given, and the necessity of introducing quality chain management into construction projects is demonstrated. The quality hierarchy decomposition method of engineering construction project is put forward, and the quality key chain of each hierarchy is summarized. The quality hierarchy collaborative optimization theory of large complex project is studied, the macro quality capability collaborative elements are analyzed, the conceptual model of quality chain collaborative optimization is proposed, and the macro quality management measures are pointed out.
