【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來,企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇,采購(gòu)管理作為企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理的一部分,已成為供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)過程中的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本與服務(wù)水,加入WT0后,我國(guó)企業(yè)面臨的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)逐漸國(guó)際化,這就要求企業(yè)不斷提高質(zhì)量水準(zhǔn),提高服務(wù)水平,降低成本以提高自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。 然而,我國(guó)目前許多企業(yè)的采購(gòu)管理模式己不能適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的要求,大多數(shù)企業(yè)的采購(gòu)效率低下,采購(gòu)成本過高,采購(gòu)工作不能保證企業(yè)滿足個(gè)性化的市場(chǎng)需求。本文以研究DM公司的采購(gòu)管理問題為例,對(duì)于供應(yīng)商的選擇,質(zhì)量控制,交貨控制,以及價(jià)格的管理等等對(duì)DM公司的采購(gòu)管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。本文DM公司采購(gòu)管理中存在問題的研究及解決方法的提出,對(duì)類似企業(yè)具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of economic globalization and information economy era, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense. As a part of supply chain management, procurement management has become a key link in the process of production and management in the supply chain environment. It is directly related to the production cost and service water of enterprises. After China's entry into WT0, the competition faced by Chinese enterprises is gradually internationalized, which requires enterprises to continuously improve the quality level, improve service level and reduce costs in order to improve their competitive ability. However, at present, the purchasing management mode of many enterprises in our country can not meet the requirements of market competition. The procurement efficiency of most enterprises is low, the procurement cost is too high, and the procurement work can not guarantee the enterprises to meet the individualized market demand. In this paper, the procurement management of DM Company is studied as an example. The selection of suppliers, quality control, delivery control, price management and so on are optimized. In this paper, the research on the problems in the procurement management of DM Company and the methods to solve them are of certain guiding significance to similar enterprises.
