W乳業(yè)綠色乳制品全程質(zhì)量控制研究
[Abstract]:With the global economic integration and the rapid development of society, the safety of green dairy products has become a common concern of governments and people. In China, the safety problem of green dairy products is even more prominent. The "Sanlu melamine" milk powder incident in 2008 and the "Botox Botox" incident in 2013 made the Chinese dairy industry once fall into an awkward situation of "internal and external troubles". As the core of green dairy industry chain, the whole process quality control of green dairy products production enterprises has become the basis to ensure the quality and safety of green dairy products. It is an effective measure to solve the problem of quality and safety of green dairy products. W Dairy Company is a green dairy production enterprise with high reputation in our country and has a large scale of green dairy production capacity. Its green dairy products have formed a brand with certain popularity and reputation, but there are still many problems in the whole process quality control, so the whole process quality control of green dairy products in W dairy industry is studied. It is of great significance to improve the quality and competitiveness of green dairy products in W dairy industry and promote the development of green dairy products industry. This paper firstly defines the related concepts of the whole process quality control of green dairy products, and further generalizes the basic contents of supply chain quality management theory, information asymmetry theory and corporate social responsibility theory. Under the guidance of these theories, this paper expounds the present situation of the whole process quality control of green dairy products in W dairy industry, and points out the problems existing in the quality control of raw milk supply and collection, production and processing of green dairy products, etc. The evaluation index system of the whole process quality control level of green dairy products in W dairy industry, including the input index of the whole process quality control resource, the process index and the output achievement index, was constructed. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, the insufficient input of the whole quality control resources and the link of collecting raw material milk are obtained. The insufficient quality control of green dairy products processing and marketing links are the four main factors restricting the improvement of the whole process quality control level of green dairy products in W dairy industry. The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality control of green dairy products in W dairy industry are put forward in this paper in order to provide an effective reference for W dairy industry to improve the quality of green dairy products.
