滿意均衡——基于供應(yīng)鏈視角對(duì)游客滿意與旅游購(gòu)物問題的探討

【摘要】:文章從供應(yīng)鏈視角出發(fā)對(duì)游客滿意進(jìn)行了解讀,提出了滿意均衡的概念,并且探討了旅游購(gòu)物和游客滿意問題出現(xiàn)的根源。研究指出,從供應(yīng)鏈視角來(lái)說(shuō),滿意是一種均衡,游客滿意的實(shí)現(xiàn)要以旅游供應(yīng)鏈上其他各方的滿意為前提。旅游購(gòu)物問題的出現(xiàn)并非單純的導(dǎo)游服務(wù)質(zhì)量或旅行社經(jīng)營(yíng)問題,其根源在于滿意失衡。要想消除旅游購(gòu)物問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)游客滿意,必須建立起旅游供應(yīng)鏈上各主體之間均衡的滿意關(guān)系。滿意均衡的實(shí)現(xiàn)不僅需要提高導(dǎo)游隊(duì)伍素質(zhì)和營(yíng)造健康的行業(yè)運(yùn)行環(huán)境,而且需要培育成熟的旅游消費(fèi)群體。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of supply chain, the article interprets the satisfaction of tourists, puts forward the concept of satisfaction balance, and probes into the origin of tourist shopping and tourist satisfaction. From the perspective of supply chain, the satisfaction is a kind of equilibrium, and the realization of tourist satisfaction is based on the satisfaction of other parties in the tourism supply chain. The emergence of the shopping problem is not only the quality of tour guide service or the problem of travel agency, but the root of the problem is the imbalance of satisfaction. In order to eliminate the problem of tourist shopping and realize the satisfaction of tourists, it is necessary to establish a balanced and satisfactory relationship between the various subjects on the tourism supply chain. The operation environment of the industry, and the need to cultivate mature tourism consumer groups.
