[摘 要] 隨著大型房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)張,當(dāng)前的管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)公司的發(fā)展要求。本文在此背景下分析了供應(yīng)鏈管理在大型房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)企業(yè)中應(yīng)用的適用性、構(gòu)建方法以及對企業(yè)核心競爭力的提升,提出了基于熵權(quán)和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)理論的房地產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈合作伙伴選擇的新方法。

Abstract: With the expansion of large real estate enterprises, current management can not meet the requirements of the development. This article analyzes the applicability of supply chain management in large real estate enterprises and the ways to build, as well as the enhancement of enterprise's core competitiveness. Finally, it provides a new method of choosing strategy cooperation partners based on the gray relational theory and entropy.
