【摘要】：醫(yī)療行業(yè)的競爭日益激烈,醫(yī)院需強化管理、開源節(jié)流、降低消耗、提高效益,來提升綜合競爭力,以期發(fā)展。醫(yī)院物資管理各項成本中,采購成本和庫存成本占了總成本的一半以上,而物資的采購和庫存管理是醫(yī)院物資管理的重要內容,因此采取必要的措施和手段來加強物資管理,是當前醫(yī)院經營管理的重要內容,也是加強醫(yī)院成本控制,提高醫(yī)院效益的有效手段。D醫(yī)院目前采取的物資管理方法較為粗放,急需改善。本文從D醫(yī)院物資管理發(fā)展的現狀入手,進行了大量的研究,總結和借鑒了現代醫(yī)院物資管理的重要理論和先進的實踐經驗。綜合應用現場調查、與關鍵人員訪談、資料搜集等方法全面了解和分析D醫(yī)院物資管理的現狀,梳理各項業(yè)務流程,充分掌握D醫(yī)院物資管理相關制度、管理流程、管理手段等情況。據此應用魚骨圖分析醫(yī)院在物資管理采購、保管、領用、供應商管理、信息化建設等環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題,探究問題產生的原因。針對D醫(yī)院物資管理中存在的問題,綜合運用供應鏈方面的知識,將其納入到管理的框架下,應用供應鏈的先進辦法解決問題。一是努力實現物資管理的標準化,是施行規(guī)范化管理,提高管理效率,促進物資管理信息化的基礎；二是以供應鏈管理為基礎,在采購、庫存、供應商管理和物資領用四個方面進行分析,應用JIT、定置管理、庫存控制等技術優(yōu)化物資管理；三是設立物資管理信息系統(tǒng),對系統(tǒng)需要的功能進行分析,為實現供應鏈式管理提供信息化支撐；四是建立健全管理體系,使物資管理有序,保持良好發(fā)展。通過本文的研究,對D醫(yī)院物資管理的改進和提高提出了有針對性的對策,希望對D醫(yī)院以及其它縣級公立醫(yī)院的管理提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The competition in medical industry is becoming more and more intense. Hospitals need to strengthen management, increase income and reduce expenditure, reduce consumption, improve efficiency, and promote comprehensive competitiveness. Among all the costs of hospital material management, procurement cost and inventory cost account for more than half of the total cost, and material procurement and inventory management are important contents of hospital material management. Therefore, the necessary measures and means are taken to strengthen the material management. It is an important content of hospital management at present, and also is an effective means to strengthen hospital cost control and improve hospital efficiency. The material management method adopted by D hospital is extensive at present, and it is in urgent need of improvement. This paper starts with the development of D hospital material management, carries out a lot of research, summarizes and draws lessons from the important theory and advanced practical experience of modern hospital material management. Comprehensive application of on-site investigation, interviews with key personnel, data collection and other methods to comprehensively understand and analyze the current situation of material management in hospital D, combing through various business processes, fully mastering the relevant system and management process of material management in hospital D. Management, etc. On the basis of the analysis of fish bone map, the problems existing in material management, purchasing, keeping, receiving, supplier management and information construction were analyzed, and the causes of the problems were explored. In view of the problems existing in the material management of hospital D, this paper applies the knowledge of supply chain synthetically, and brings it into the framework of management, and applies the advanced method of supply chain to solve the problem. One is to make efforts to achieve standardization of material management, which is the basis for implementing standardized management, improving management efficiency, and promoting the informatization of material management; second, on the basis of supply chain management, in procurement and inventory, The four aspects of supplier management and material use are analyzed, and the application of JIT-fixed management, inventory control and other technologies to optimize material management; third, to set up a material management information system to analyze the functions needed by the system. The fourth is to establish and perfect the management system, to make the material management orderly and to keep the good development. Through the research of this paper, the author puts forward some countermeasures for the improvement and improvement of material management in D hospital, hoping to provide reference for the management of D hospital and other county-level public hospitals.
