航空緊固件企業(yè)基于供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同制造模式的研究與應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern fastener manufacturing industry, consumer demand is gradually changing, becoming diversified and personalized. This trend has prompted companies to complete the production of products as quickly as possible. The high individuation and faster delivery time make enterprises realize that the traditional mode of production can no longer meet the current production pressure. In most cases, the competition between products and products is no longer the competition between one enterprise and another, but the competition of the whole supply chain related to this product. The wisest model is to combine all relevant enterprises in the supply chain to form a dynamic business alliance. This alliance is a virtual enterprise with a new dynamic enterprise organization. Under a common goal, each member enterprise contributes its best resources, and the virtual enterprise optimizes the allocation of these resources. Under the guidance of the theory of collaborative manufacturing, these enterprises realize collaborative manufacturing and share all the resources of the alliance, so as to meet the challenges of production cycle and cost brought by the customer demand to the manufacturing industry today. First of all, after analyzing the challenges faced by aviation fastener manufacturing industry in the 21st century, this paper analyzes the necessity of production management of aviation fastener enterprises, and combines the problems encountered by enterprises and the characteristics of collaborative manufacturing mode. The necessity of application of collaborative manufacturing mode in enterprise production is introduced. Secondly, taking the construction of collaborative manufacturing chain as the research object, the running mode of collaborative manufacturing chain and some common problems encountered in the application of collaborative manufacturing chain are analyzed in detail. According to the problems of collaborative manufacturing pattern in practical application, the collaborative manufacturing pattern is divided into three parts: benefit analysis, trust relationship construction and cooperative partner selection. The triangular model of collaborative manufacturing model is put forward, and the problems encountered are analyzed in order to ensure the smooth operation of collaborative manufacturing model. Finally, taking the product JGY3712 as an example, this paper applies the supply chain based collaborative manufacturing model to the enterprise alliance composed of H, its suppliers and external manufacturers of an aviation fastener company. Through the concrete analysis, it is concluded that the application of collaborative manufacturing mode solves many problems exposed in the manufacturing process of fastener enterprises, and the results show that the implementation has achieved good results.
