【摘要】：捆綁支付通過改善現(xiàn)有的不同醫(yī)療機構(gòu)之間各自為戰(zhàn)、碎片化的診療模式,促進(jìn)醫(yī)療機構(gòu)之間的協(xié)調(diào)合作,提高整體醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量,降低醫(yī)療服務(wù)費用,為我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域供給側(cè)改革提供了一個有益的思路。國外經(jīng)驗表明,要貫徹實施捆綁支付模式,我國應(yīng)建設(shè)完整的醫(yī)療服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈,推動醫(yī)療機構(gòu)整合;變經(jīng)濟(jì)刺激為經(jīng)濟(jì)約束,營造有序競爭環(huán)境;加強信息化建設(shè),推動健康大數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Through the improvement of the existing separate and fragmented diagnosis and treatment mode among different medical institutions, the bundled payment can promote the coordination and cooperation among the medical institutions, improve the quality of the overall medical services, and reduce the medical service costs. It provides a useful idea for the supply-side reform in the field of health care in China. Foreign experience shows that in order to implement the bundled payment model, China should build a complete medical service supply chain, promote the integration of medical institutions, transform economic stimulus into economic constraints, create an orderly competitive environment, and strengthen information construction. Promote the application of healthy big data.
