茂飛公司的采購管理研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化趨勢日益明顯,競爭越來越激烈,茂飛公司面臨越來越大的挑戰(zhàn)。作為茂飛公司非常重要的職能之一的采購管理,存在著采購成本上升、采購流程不合理、供應(yīng)商管理落后、交貨期過長等問題。嚴(yán)重影響公司競爭力的提升。為此,迫切需要研究該公司的采購管理問題。 本文根據(jù)茂飛公司實(shí)際情況,理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,按提出問題,分析問題,解決問題的思路對茂飛公司在采購管理方面進(jìn)行研究。針對茂飛公司采購管理中的采購流程和供應(yīng)商選擇兩個方面,以供應(yīng)鏈管理、采購管理等理論為依據(jù),分析和研究了茂飛公司采購管理的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的問題,基于ASME方法和IDEFO模型分析了供應(yīng)鏈管理模式下茂飛公司采購流程的改進(jìn)方案。本文分析了茂飛公司采購的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和供應(yīng)商選擇方法,并根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略采購理論依據(jù)對公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行細(xì)分和優(yōu)化,同時運(yùn)用層次分析法(AHP)對供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行量化排序,為茂飛公司選擇戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴型供應(yīng)商提供了科學(xué)合理的評價方法。該研究對于茂飛公司的采購管理存在的問題的解決具有實(shí)際意義,同時對于其它同類型企業(yè)在采購管理方面的運(yùn)作提供了較好的借鑒和利用價值。
[Abstract]:With the trend of economic globalization becoming more and more obvious and competition becoming more and more fierce, Maofai is facing more and more challenges. As one of the most important functions of Maofai Company, procurement management has some problems, such as rising purchasing cost, unreasonable purchasing process, backward supplier management and long delivery period. Seriously affect the competitiveness of the company. Therefore, it is urgent to study the purchasing management of the company. According to the actual situation of Maofai Company and the combination of theory and practice, this paper studies the procurement management of Maofai Company by putting forward problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. Based on the theory of supply chain management and procurement management, this paper analyzes and studies the current situation and existing problems of the procurement management of Maofai Company, based on the two aspects of procurement process and supplier selection, such as supply chain management, procurement management and so on. Based on ASME method and IDEFO model, this paper analyzes the improvement scheme of Maofai Company's purchasing process in supply chain management mode. This paper analyzes the organization structure and supplier selection method of Maofai Company, and subdivides and optimizes the organization structure of the company according to the strategic purchasing theory. At the same time, it uses the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to sort the suppliers quantitatively. It provides a scientific and reasonable evaluation method for Maofai to select strategic partner suppliers. This study has practical significance for solving the problems existing in the procurement management of Maofai Company, and provides a good reference and utilization value for the operation of other similar enterprises in procurement management.
