【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化使得各國(guó)的商品市場(chǎng)和要素市場(chǎng)相互開(kāi)放,各國(guó)原來(lái)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的生產(chǎn)要素已經(jīng)逐漸成為世界性的生產(chǎn)要素,更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)需要在更廣闊的全球范圍內(nèi)配置資源,以尋求利益的最大化。20世紀(jì)80年代末90年代初,中國(guó)的外商投資加工企業(yè)伴隨著改革開(kāi)放政策的逐步落實(shí)和深化,以及我國(guó)加工貿(mào)易政策的實(shí)行,在中國(guó)大地上迅速的發(fā)展起來(lái)。這一期間的外商投資加工企業(yè)可謂如雨后春筍,在數(shù)量和規(guī)模上都不斷的壯大,同時(shí),科學(xué)的管理方法,先進(jìn)的運(yùn)營(yíng)理念也從國(guó)外母公司逐漸滲透?jìng)鬟f到國(guó)內(nèi)的子公司中,在外資加工企業(yè)中不斷的加以運(yùn)用和實(shí)踐。這其中供應(yīng)鏈管理理念被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)管理者所重視和并不斷的加以實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,同時(shí)對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈及其有效管理的研究也日漸高漲,人們對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈管理在企業(yè)生存發(fā)展中的作用和地位有了更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。中國(guó)的加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)在2007年以后受內(nèi)外部經(jīng)濟(jì)大環(huán)境的影響,正在經(jīng)歷著一場(chǎng)新的變革。變革必然帶來(lái)新的方向和新的問(wèn)題,而承載著整個(gè)公司物資流,資金流和信息流的供應(yīng)鏈擔(dān)負(fù)起了更重要的作用,也不斷遇到新的問(wèn)題,新的困難,由此需要通過(guò)研究,找到一些普遍存在的問(wèn)題的合適的解決方案。本文以法國(guó)獨(dú)資的加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)---青島CA紙制品有限公司為研究對(duì)象,介紹了在公司起步、發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)型的三個(gè)主要的發(fā)展階段過(guò)程中,從完全沒(méi)有應(yīng)用供應(yīng)鏈管理,到引入物流的概念來(lái)理順內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈,再到嘗試運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的供應(yīng)鏈管理思想來(lái)有效的鏈接供應(yīng)商-公司-客戶以提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,總結(jié)了從2007年至今該公司在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中供應(yīng)鏈管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,以數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方式著重圍繞訂單準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率、整單發(fā)貨率和交貨周期這三個(gè)方面的突出問(wèn)題,分析了導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題的主要原因,借鑒學(xué)術(shù)前沿理論和國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈管理的研究成果,將理論研究與工作實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,提出了調(diào)整供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略,加強(qiáng)供應(yīng)商管理,優(yōu)化內(nèi)部工作流程,完善與客戶的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系為四大方向的解決方案。青島CA公司在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的探索過(guò)程基本與大多數(shù)外資加工企業(yè)相吻合,是比較具有代表性的,青島CA公司在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面所面臨的困難和瓶頸,也是目前很多外資加工企業(yè)所共同遇到的問(wèn)題,希望本文所提出的解決方案也能為其他企業(yè)提供一定的借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:The global economic integration makes the commodity and factor markets open to each other. The relative independent production factors of the countries have gradually become the world's production factors. More economic activities need to be deployed in a broader global range to seek the greatest benefits of the.20 century, the early 80s and the beginning of 90s, and China's outside world. With the gradual implementation and deepening of the policy of reform and opening up, and the implementation of the policy of processing trade in China, the business investment processing enterprises have developed rapidly on the land of China. The foreign investment processing enterprises in this period have been springing up, and are growing steadily in quantity and scale, at the same time, scientific management methods and advanced operation are also made. The concept of supply chain management has been gradually applied and practiced from foreign parent companies to domestic subsidiaries. The concept of supply chain management has been paid more and more attention to and applied by more and more enterprise managers. Meanwhile, the research on supply chain and its effective management is also increasing. We have a deeper understanding of the role and status of supply chain management in the survival and development of the enterprise. China's processing trade enterprises are undergoing a new change under the influence of the internal and external economic environment after 2007. The change is bound to bring new directions and new problems, and carries the whole company's material flow, capital flow and letter. The supply chain of the flow of interest has played a more important role, and is constantly encountering new problems and new difficulties. Thus, it is necessary to find some suitable solutions to some common problems through research. This article is based on the research object of Qingdao CA paper products Co., Ltd., which is the sole proprietorship of France, and introduces the start, development and transformation of the company. During the three major stages of development, there is no use of supply chain management, and the concept of logistics is introduced to rationalize the internal supply chain, and then to use advanced supply chain management ideas to effectively link suppliers, companies and customers to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, and the process of industrial transformation from 2007 to the present. The problems existing in the management of supply chain are focused on three prominent problems in the way of data statistics and analysis, focusing on the punctual delivery rate, the whole delivery rate and the delivery cycle. The main reasons for these problems are analyzed, and the theoretical research and work are used for reference by the academic frontier theory and the domestic research achievements on supply chain management. In combination with practice, the strategy of adjusting supply chain, strengthening the management of the supplier, optimizing the internal working process and perfecting the strategic partnership with the customer are the four major solutions. The exploration process of the supply chain management in Qingdao CA company is basically consistent with the most foreign processing enterprises, which is more representative, Qingdao CA The difficulties and bottlenecks faced by the company in the supply chain management are also the common problems encountered by many foreign-funded enterprises at present. It is hoped that the solutions proposed in this paper can also provide some reference and help for other enterprises.
