【摘要】：面對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求確定和銀行提供融資服務(wù)的情形下,由單個(gè)資金約束的制造商與單個(gè)資金約束的零售商組成的供應(yīng)鏈,從企業(yè)各自利潤(rùn)最大化出發(fā),構(gòu)建了不同付款方式下的供應(yīng)鏈定價(jià)決策模型,并對(duì)比分散式供應(yīng)鏈與集中式供應(yīng)鏈的最優(yōu)利潤(rùn).研究表明:零售商選擇的最優(yōu)付款方式是以融資服務(wù)利率為條件.當(dāng)以資金約束的集中式供應(yīng)鏈最優(yōu)利潤(rùn)水平為參照,表明存在提升分散式供應(yīng)鏈利潤(rùn)的定價(jià)策略.并且在分散式供應(yīng)鏈下,設(shè)計(jì)的收益共享契約能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)零售商與制造商所獲利潤(rùn)的帕累托改進(jìn).最后通過(guò)算例分析驗(yàn)證了研究結(jié)論與所設(shè)計(jì)收益共享契約的有效性.
[Abstract]:When the market demand is determined and the bank provides the financing service, the supply chain which consists of the manufacturer with the single capital constraint and the retailer with the single capital constraint starts from the maximization of the profit of the enterprise. The pricing decision model of supply chain under different payment modes is constructed, and the optimal profit of decentralized supply chain and centralized supply chain is compared. The results show that the optimal payment method chosen by retailers is conditional on the interest rate of financing services. When the optimal profit level of centralized supply chain with financial constraints is taken as the reference, it is shown that there is a pricing strategy to enhance the profit of decentralized supply chain. And under the decentralized supply chain, the profit sharing contract designed can realize the Pareto improvement of the profit between retailer and manufacturer. Finally, the effectiveness of the research conclusion and the designed revenue sharing contract is verified by an example.
