【摘要】：作者參與導(dǎo)師課題《中煙重慶煙草工商企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈物流建設(shè)項(xiàng)目》和《中煙重慶煙草商業(yè)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈物流建設(shè)項(xiàng)目》對(duì)企業(yè)的實(shí)地調(diào)研,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)煙草行業(yè)正在推行存銷(xiāo)比補(bǔ)貨模式,但具體做法以經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),非常原始且存在可優(yōu)化之處。本文就是以該問(wèn)題為背景,探討解決企業(yè)面臨問(wèn)題的方法。首先,論文通過(guò)對(duì)供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存領(lǐng)域的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行綜述,發(fā)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存理論與模型方面的研究成果已經(jīng)相當(dāng)成熟,但模型中考慮需求動(dòng)態(tài)變化的情況較少,而卷煙又是一種受季節(jié)性影響后需求變化十分明顯的特殊商品。這種變化使煙草企業(yè)無(wú)法精確控制庫(kù)存,只能通過(guò)較高的庫(kù)存量來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)需求變化,導(dǎo)致庫(kù)存成本居高不下。所以本文結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,為行業(yè)內(nèi)的其他企業(yè)提供借鑒和參考。其次,基于經(jīng)典庫(kù)存控制模型研究將多周期型存儲(chǔ)模型加以改進(jìn)。通過(guò)將供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存理論、安全庫(kù)存理論以及需求預(yù)測(cè)理論與庫(kù)存控制模型相結(jié)合,在基于假設(shè)的前提下,得到了以季節(jié)性需求變化為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)存銷(xiāo)比模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行季節(jié)性調(diào)整的存銷(xiāo)比補(bǔ)貨模型。同時(shí)搭建了重慶煙草供應(yīng)鏈VMI體系結(jié)構(gòu),繼而在通過(guò)模型計(jì)算出補(bǔ)貨參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,就煙草公司的實(shí)際情況分別針對(duì)單品規(guī)卷煙庫(kù)存和多品規(guī)卷煙庫(kù)存制定不同的補(bǔ)貨策略,為避免因需求一時(shí)集中而產(chǎn)生爆倉(cāng)現(xiàn)象。最后,本文收集到重慶煙草某分公司2011年1月~2016年6月的卷煙銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù),分別就年銷(xiāo)量總體變化趨勢(shì)以及各年銷(xiāo)量周期性變化規(guī)律做了分析。結(jié)合分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行需求預(yù)測(cè)并將預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果代入存銷(xiāo)比補(bǔ)貨模型,計(jì)算出同一季度補(bǔ)貨參數(shù)季節(jié)性調(diào)整前后的庫(kù)存補(bǔ)貨總成本。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析得出,同一季度內(nèi)利用季節(jié)性調(diào)整后的補(bǔ)貨參數(shù)實(shí)施補(bǔ)貨,庫(kù)存補(bǔ)貨總成本更低。
[Abstract]:The author participated in the research on the supply chain logistics construction project of Chongqing tobacco industry and commerce enterprise and the supply chain logistics construction project of Chongqing tobacco business enterprise. It is found that the tobacco industry is carrying out the mode of restocking and restocking, but the concrete practice is based on experience, which is very primitive and can be optimized. Based on this problem, this paper discusses the solutions to the problems faced by enterprises. First of all, by summarizing the literature in the field of VMI, it is found that the VMI theory and model have been quite mature, but the dynamic changes of demand are seldom considered in the model. Cigarette is a special commodity affected by seasonality. This kind of change makes the tobacco enterprise unable to control the inventory accurately, but can only cope with the change of demand through the higher inventory quantity, which results in the high inventory cost. Therefore, this paper carries on the research combining the enterprise actual problem, provides the reference and the reference for the other enterprises in the industry. Secondly, the multi-period storage model is improved based on the classical inventory control model. By combining the Vendor Management inventory Theory, the Safety inventory Theory and the demand forecasting Theory with the inventory Control Model, under the premise of hypothesis, Based on the seasonal demand change, the model of reserve-to-sell ratio restocking is obtained, which is seasonally adjusted to the parameters of the stock-to-sell ratio model. At the same time, the VMI architecture of Chongqing tobacco supply chain is set up, and then, on the basis of calculating the replenishment parameters through the model, different replenishment strategies are made for the inventory of individual and multi-product regulated cigarettes, respectively, according to the actual situation of tobacco companies. In order to avoid the sudden concentration of demand and the occurrence of warehouse explosion phenomenon. Finally, this paper collects the cigarette sales data of a branch of Chongqing Tobacco from January 2011 to June 2016, and analyzes the general trend of the annual sales volume and the regularity of the periodical change of the annual sales volume. Combined with the result of analysis, the demand forecast is carried out and the forecast result is put into the stock-to-sell ratio restocking model to calculate the total inventory restocking cost before and after the seasonal adjustment of the replenishment parameters in the same quarter. Through comparison and analysis, it is concluded that the total cost of inventory replenishment is lower by using seasonally adjusted restocking parameters in the same quarter.
