面向戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的X公司物流供應(yīng)商選擇

【摘要】:在供應(yīng)鏈發(fā)展越來越迅速,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化越來越普遍的今天,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)從個(gè)體之間的競爭發(fā)展成為了供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭。因此,越來越多的公司在尋求與供應(yīng)鏈上其他企業(yè)的合作,發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢,實(shí)現(xiàn)1+12的目標(biāo),戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟便應(yīng)時(shí)而生。戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟中的各企業(yè)可以充分發(fā)揮自己的核心優(yōu)勢,與聯(lián)盟其他方一起合作,贏得雙贏。 X公司是一家發(fā)展迅速的制造型企業(yè),但X公司的快速發(fā)展,物流成了瓶頸。而且物流供應(yīng)商的能力也在一定程度上反映了X公司的軟實(shí)力以及企業(yè)的形象。因此x公司亟待改善自己的物流運(yùn)營現(xiàn)狀,由此X公司便提出了與物流公司建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的想法。但是X公司目前物流供應(yīng)商選擇的方法是無法滿足面向戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的物流供應(yīng)商選擇的要求的。 而且,通過大量實(shí)踐證明,第三方物流供應(yīng)商的水平高低在提高企業(yè)增值服務(wù)水平的提高、企業(yè)核心競爭力的增強(qiáng)、企業(yè)物流成本的降低等方面都起著非常重要的作用,因?yàn)橹挥凶銐騼?yōu)秀的物流供應(yīng)商才可以滿足企業(yè)在不斷發(fā)展中又不斷變化的物流需求。 基于這樣的目的和現(xiàn)狀,本文首先通過對X公司物流部門的走訪與調(diào)查,對X公司物流,物流供應(yīng)商以及其選擇方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,指出了問題的所在。其次,通過大量文獻(xiàn)資料的閱讀與整理,初步建立了X公司面向戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的物流供應(yīng)商的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,之后邀請專家對評價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行打分,并運(yùn)用SPSS對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,完善了指標(biāo)體系,從一定程度上增加了指標(biāo)體系的科學(xué)性。最后,請相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的專家以及學(xué)者,針對指標(biāo)體系對參與評選的5家物流供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行打分,根據(jù)專家學(xué)者的打分,首先運(yùn)用AHP和熵值法相結(jié)合求出了每個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,再運(yùn)用模糊評價(jià)的方法依次求出了每家供應(yīng)商的得分,依據(jù)得分直觀的看出了物流供應(yīng)商的排序。 本文的目的在于根據(jù)X公司物流發(fā)展的需要,為X公司物流供應(yīng)商的選擇提供一定的依據(jù),為X公司后續(xù)工作的開展做好準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of supply chain and economic globalization, the competition between enterprises has changed from individual competition to supply chain competition. Therefore, more and more companies are seeking cooperation with other enterprises in the supply chain, giving play to their respective advantages to achieve the goal of 112, strategic alliances will be born in time. Each enterprise in the strategic alliance can give full play to its core advantages and cooperate with other parties in the alliance to win a win-win situation. X Company is a rapidly developing manufacturing enterprise, but with the rapid development of X Company, logistics becomes the bottleneck. And logistics supplier's ability also reflected X company's soft power and enterprise's image to a certain extent. Therefore, X Company urgently needs to improve its logistics operation status quo, so X Company has put forward the idea of establishing strategic alliance with logistics company. But X company can not meet the requirement of logistics supplier selection for strategic alliance. Moreover, through a large number of practices, it has been proved that the level of third-party logistics suppliers plays a very important role in improving the value-added service level of enterprises, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, and reducing the logistics costs of enterprises. Because only good enough logistics suppliers can meet the changing logistics needs of enterprises in the continuous development. Based on this purpose and present situation, this paper firstly analyzes X company logistics, logistics suppliers and their selection methods through the visit and investigation of X company logistics department, and points out the problem. Secondly, through reading and sorting out a lot of documents, the evaluation index system of logistics supplier facing strategic alliance of X company is established preliminarily. After that, experts are invited to grade the evaluation index, and the data are analyzed by SPSS. Improved the index system, to a certain extent increased the scientific nature of the index system. Finally, the experts and scholars in related fields are invited to score the five logistics suppliers participating in the selection according to the index system. According to the scoring of experts and scholars, the weight of each index is obtained by combining AHP and entropy method. Then the fuzzy evaluation method is used to calculate the scores of each supplier in turn, and the ranking of logistics suppliers is intuitively seen according to the score. The purpose of this paper is to provide some basis for the selection of X company logistics suppliers according to the needs of X company logistics development, and to prepare for the development of X company.
