【摘要】：基于易逝性電子產品的供應鏈生產-分銷網絡構建問題,以盈利最大化為目標函數(shù),在充分考慮產品生產成本、運輸成本、缺貨成本、存儲成本等條件的基礎上,分別建立了帶時間約束的四種不同生產-分銷策略下的混合整數(shù)優(yōu)化模型;并利用lingo9.0軟件設計算法程序求解得到優(yōu)化方案。通過數(shù)值仿真對四種生產-分銷策略進行比較與分析,結果表明在市場需求量波動較大情況下,部分延遲生產-分銷策略是易逝性電子產品最佳選擇模式。
[Abstract]:Based on perishable electronic products, the production-distribution network of supply chain is constructed. The objective function is profit maximization. Based on the full consideration of production cost, transportation cost, shortage cost and storage cost, etc. The mixed integer optimization models with four different production-distribution strategies with time constraints are established, and the optimization scheme is obtained by using the lingo9.0 software design algorithm program. Through numerical simulation, four production-distribution strategies are compared and analyzed. The results show that partial delayed production-distribution strategy is the best choice for perishable electronic products under the condition of fluctuating market demand.
