基于二維碼的食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端研究與設計

【摘要】:食品安全問題是近年來公眾普遍關注的話題,關系到廣大人民群眾的身體健康和生命安全,關系到經濟發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定。由于國家食品安全追溯體系不夠健全,目前還難以實現(xiàn)食品信息流整體的監(jiān)察管理,無法將食品相關信息傳遞到普通消費者手中。本文通過對國內外食品安全追溯現(xiàn)狀進行分析,結合昆明市西山區(qū)豬肉產品的生產追溯過程,設計一種食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端裝置。利用現(xiàn)有成熟的二維碼識別技術、WIFI無線網絡技術和LED電子顯示屏技術,給出了集信息采集、處理及顯示功能于一體的食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端方案。通過食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端實現(xiàn)對農貿市場食品在銷售環(huán)節(jié)的信息化管理和監(jiān)控,約束市場商販的非法經營行為,正規(guī)市場秩序,維護消費者的合法權益。 論文主要研究工作如下: 1、依據食品安全追溯體系進行豬肉產品供應鏈流程分析 介紹了國內外食品安全追溯體系現(xiàn)狀,以昆明市西山區(qū)豬肉產品安全追溯為例,分析豬肉產品生產供應鏈流程。 2、物聯(lián)網自動識別技術介紹及二維碼在食品安全追溯中的應用 介紹了自動識別技術中RFID技術和二維碼技術的比較,并根據對昆明市西山區(qū)豬肉生產追溯過程的分析,確定了基于二維碼的市場監(jiān)管方案。 3、食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端設計與實現(xiàn) 設計組成食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端的各個功能部分,編寫相應控制代碼。交易監(jiān)管終端采用安卓手機采集二維碼數(shù)據通過WIFI無線方式傳輸給微控制器,進而在LED電子顯示屏顯示,實現(xiàn)基本的信息采集、信息處理和信息顯示功能。 4、根據食品安全交易監(jiān)管終端功能設計安卓手機溯源軟件工作流程 基于安卓系統(tǒng)提出涵蓋肉禽、蔬菜及水產品的食品溯源軟件流程,實現(xiàn)食品信息的全程溯源。
[Abstract]:Food safety is a topic of general concern to the public in recent years, which is related to the health and safety of the people, economic development and social stability. Because the national food safety traceability system is not perfect, it is difficult to realize the whole supervision and management of the food information flow at present, and it is impossible to transfer the food-related information to the hands of the ordinary consumers. By analyzing the current situation of food safety tracing at home and abroad, and combining with the production tracing process of pork products in Xishan District of Kunming City, a food safety transaction supervision terminal device is designed in this paper. Based on the existing technology of two-dimension code identification, WiFi wireless network technology and LED electronic display screen technology, a food safety transaction supervision terminal is presented, which integrates information collection, processing and display functions. Through the food safety transaction supervision terminal to realize the information management and monitoring of the food in the sale link of the farmers' market, restrain the illegal business behavior of the market vendors, the formal market order, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the consumers. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. According to the food safety traceability system, the current situation of food safety traceability system at home and abroad is introduced. Taking the safety of pork products in Xishan District of Kunming City as an example, This paper analyzes the supply chain flow of pork product production. 2. The introduction of Internet of things automatic identification technology and the application of QR code in food safety traceability. The comparison between RFID technology and QR code technology in automatic identification technology is introduced. And based on the analysis of the tracing process of pork production in Xishan District of Kunming, Thirdly, the design and implementation of the food safety transaction supervision terminal is designed to make up the functional parts of the food safety transaction supervision terminal, and the corresponding control code is written. The transaction supervision terminal uses the Android mobile phone to collect the QR code data to the microcontroller through WiFi wireless way, then displays in the LED electronic display screen, realizes the basic information collection. Information processing and Information display functions. 4, according to the food safety transaction regulatory terminal function design Android mobile phone traceability software workflow based on Android system proposed to cover meat and poultry, Food traceability software flow of vegetables and aquatic products to realize the whole process of food information traceability.
