【摘要】:當(dāng)前,面對(duì)客戶對(duì)個(gè)性化物流服務(wù)的需求日益增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),不少物流企業(yè)在為客戶提供大規(guī)模服務(wù)的同時(shí),開始追求滿足個(gè)性化服務(wù)需要,轉(zhuǎn)變物流服務(wù)模式,由提供大規(guī)模服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)向提供大規(guī)模定制物流服務(wù)。在大規(guī)模定制物流服務(wù)環(huán)境下,為了滿足客戶的個(gè)性化服務(wù)要求以及實(shí)現(xiàn)大規(guī)模服務(wù)能力,許多物流企業(yè)通過聯(lián)盟與整合,形成物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈。面對(duì)多個(gè)物流服務(wù)提供商時(shí),物流服務(wù)集成商如何進(jìn)行時(shí)間調(diào)度,成為了重要的學(xué)術(shù)課題之一。然而,目前對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度的研究主要集中于產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈,對(duì)服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈領(lǐng)域的研究較少,特別是對(duì)于大規(guī)模定制模式下的服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度專題研究還較為缺乏。因此,本文以大規(guī)模定制模式為研究背景,構(gòu)建了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度模型,并進(jìn)行了討論分析。本文首先分析了物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)理論的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,之后梳理了供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度、大規(guī)模定制、插單調(diào)度、CODP等方面的理論成果,對(duì)現(xiàn)有參考文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出其研究的不足之處,為全文的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。之后,本文進(jìn)行了四個(gè)方面的研究,分別是:(1)基于CODP的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度模型。探索了客戶訂單完成時(shí)間延遲系數(shù)、集成商的客戶訂單差異忍耐系數(shù)、集成商獲得的關(guān)系成本系數(shù)等參數(shù)對(duì)于最優(yōu)CODP和供應(yīng)鏈調(diào)度績(jī)效的影響。(2)考慮時(shí)間窗影響的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度模型。將提供商的正常服務(wù)時(shí)間由一個(gè)常數(shù)變成一個(gè)區(qū)間數(shù),從客戶需求時(shí)間窗及提供商完成時(shí)間窗兩個(gè)因素出發(fā)來(lái)探討參數(shù)對(duì)調(diào)度結(jié)果的影響。(3)考慮能力與時(shí)間雙因素的物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈新插入訂單調(diào)度模型。研究了面臨新訂單插入的情況下,時(shí)間因素和能力因素對(duì)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度的影響。(4)基于實(shí)證方法的供需環(huán)境對(duì)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度的影響研究。在前三個(gè)專題的模型研究基礎(chǔ)上,基于實(shí)地調(diào)研,以中國(guó)物流企業(yè)為典型案例,完成了供需環(huán)境對(duì)物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈時(shí)間調(diào)度影響的多案例研究。最后,給出了本文的研究結(jié)論和未來(lái)展望。
[Abstract]:At present, facing the increasing trend of customers' demand for personalized logistics services, many logistics enterprises, while providing large scale services to customers, have begun to pursue the needs of personalized service, change the logistics service mode, turn from providing large-scale services to the provision of mass customization logistics services. In order to meet the customer's personalized service requirements and achieve large-scale service capacity, many logistics enterprises form the logistics service supply chain through alliance and integration. Facing multiple logistics service providers, how to schedule the time of logistics service integrators has become one of the most important academic topics. However, the supply chain is currently in the supply chain. The research of time scheduling mainly focuses on the product supply chain, and there is little research on the service supply chain, especially for the time scheduling of service supply chain in the mass customization model. Therefore, this paper constructs a time scheduling model of logistics service supply chain with the mass customization model as the research background. This paper first analyzes the development of logistics service supply chain related theories, then combs the theoretical results of supply chain time scheduling, mass customization, pluggable scheduling, CODP and so on, summarizes the existing references, points out the shortcomings of the research, and lays a theoretical foundation for the full text research. After that, the theoretical foundation of the research is laid. Four aspects are studied in this paper: (1) the time scheduling model of logistics service supply chain based on CODP. The effect of the time delay coefficient of customer order completion, the difference tolerance coefficient of the customer order of the integrator, the relation cost coefficient obtained by the integrator on the optimal CODP and the supply chain scheduling performance. (2) consideration of time The time scheduling model of the logistics service supply chain affected by the window. The normal service time of the provider is changed from one constant to an interval number. The influence of the parameters on the scheduling results is discussed from the two factors of the customer demand time window and the provider's completion time window. (3) the new insertion of logistics service supply chain with both ability and time is considered. The effect of time factors and capacity factors on the time scheduling of logistics service supply chain is studied under the condition of new order insertion. (4) study on the effect of supply and demand environment on logistics service supply chain time scheduling based on empirical method. On the basis of the model research of the first three topics, based on the field investigation, the Chinese objects are based on the field research. As a typical case, the flow enterprise has completed the multi case study on the effect of supply and demand environment on the time scheduling of logistics service supply chain. Finally, the conclusions and future prospects of this paper are given.
