兩級(jí)商業(yè)信用下存在顧客預(yù)付的易腐品庫(kù)存模型

【摘要】:在銷售單一品種的易腐品供應(yīng)鏈中,假設(shè)銷售商在獲得供應(yīng)鏈上游供應(yīng)商延時(shí)還款的同時(shí),也從(供應(yīng)鏈)下游顧客處獲得了部分預(yù)付款。分三種情況分別討論銷售商的成本構(gòu)成,并由此建立數(shù)學(xué)模型以求解最優(yōu)訂貨周期使得銷售商單位時(shí)間總成本最小化。通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)證明得到了目標(biāo)函數(shù)的解析性質(zhì),結(jié)果顯示每種情況下在可行域范圍內(nèi)至多存在一個(gè)極小值點(diǎn)。以此為基礎(chǔ)給出了相應(yīng)的命題以有效地確定銷售商的最優(yōu)決策。最后結(jié)合運(yùn)作管理實(shí)踐,通過(guò)數(shù)值算例說(shuō)明了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:In the supply chain where a single variety of perishable goods is sold, it is assumed that the seller obtains part of the advance payment from the downstream customers while obtaining the delay repayment of the upstream supplier in the supply chain. The cost composition of the seller is discussed in three cases, and the mathematical model is established to solve the optimal ordering period to minimize the total cost per unit time of the seller. The analytic properties of the objective function are obtained by mathematical proof. The results show that there exists at most one minimum point in each case within the feasible range. On this basis, the corresponding propositions are given to effectively determine the optimal decision of the seller. Finally, the effectiveness of the model is illustrated by a numerical example combined with the practice of operation management.
