【摘要】：在中國(guó)近20年左右的ERP發(fā)展歷程中，根據(jù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，目前我國(guó)用它來(lái)管理的企業(yè)約近千家，這種領(lǐng)先的管理思想理念和工具已被國(guó)內(nèi)很多企業(yè)使用。雖然由于國(guó)內(nèi)一些現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)內(nèi)部的特點(diǎn)，ERP系統(tǒng)在中國(guó)的使用仍然有些差強(qiáng)人意，但不可否認(rèn)的是，ERP系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)各大企業(yè)公司的上線，依然為推動(dòng)了電子信息化的進(jìn)程做出了重大貢獻(xiàn)。人們普遍認(rèn)識(shí)到一個(gè)企業(yè)的活力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力必須通過(guò)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的管理信息化、現(xiàn)代化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)，而ERP技術(shù)的產(chǎn)生及應(yīng)用則可以幫助企業(yè)來(lái)達(dá)到這些目標(biāo)。 一個(gè)企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程是各個(gè)部門間相互鏈接并且交織在一起的完整供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)，這被看作是ERP的基本思想，基于這個(gè)理念，在MRP-II系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)上擴(kuò)展管理范圍的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出符合企業(yè)特點(diǎn)的新的體系結(jié)構(gòu)；將財(cái)務(wù)、營(yíng)銷、制造、質(zhì)檢、工程技術(shù)等視為相互協(xié)同作業(yè)的子系統(tǒng)，來(lái)進(jìn)行企業(yè)內(nèi)部的管理劃分。同時(shí)， ERP基于MRP-Ⅱ系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)本企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、部門需求等，可開(kāi)發(fā)多種管理功能，這些功能完整的契合在一起，構(gòu)成企業(yè)最終的企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠根據(jù)不同行業(yè)不同管理模式的原則，形成新的針對(duì)某一行業(yè)的解決方案，例如金融業(yè)、高新產(chǎn)業(yè)、信通行業(yè)等。 本篇論文中，重點(diǎn)的研究方向是基于ERP的電力企業(yè)物資采購(gòu)管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)研究，根據(jù)ERP系統(tǒng)整合企業(yè)內(nèi)部的人、財(cái)、物各類信息進(jìn)行全面規(guī)劃，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)資金、物資、人資、信息的高度統(tǒng)籌安排和嚴(yán)格控制，為企業(yè)的決策提供準(zhǔn)確而高效的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)合冀北電力公司在應(yīng)用ERP物資采購(gòu)管理平臺(tái)中的實(shí)際情況，還探討了該系統(tǒng)在推行應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題和一些難點(diǎn)，，并提出了相應(yīng)改進(jìn)方法�；贓RP系統(tǒng)，對(duì)冀北電力公司中的物資采購(gòu)管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)軟件進(jìn)行了前期的業(yè)務(wù)需求分析，以及詳細(xì)開(kāi)發(fā)、應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)的研究，并成功試運(yùn)行。最后，對(duì)物資采購(gòu)管理平臺(tái)進(jìn)行了具體應(yīng)用及可行性分析。
[Abstract]:In the course of ERP development in China in the past 20 years or so, according to the statistics of relevant data, there are about a thousand enterprises using it in our country at present, and this advanced management ideology and tools have been used by many domestic enterprises.
