【摘要】：隨著汽車主機(jī)廠交付時(shí)間的降低和配置的日趨多樣化，傳統(tǒng)的大批量生產(chǎn)方式已經(jīng)不能滿足市場(chǎng)需求特點(diǎn)，多品種小批量混流生產(chǎn)方式和柔性制造技術(shù)被汽車零部件企業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用。目前國內(nèi)很多汽車零部件企業(yè)開始研究并運(yùn)用先進(jìn)的生產(chǎn)管理方式，作為精益制造均衡生產(chǎn)的部分升華，平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)管理已成為企業(yè)的一門必修課，它以市場(chǎng)或客戶需求為主導(dǎo)，，以消除浪費(fèi)和快速響應(yīng)為核心，保證企業(yè)以較少的投入獲得較好的利潤回報(bào)。 因此，本文聯(lián)系蒂森克虜伯匯眾公司工廠的實(shí)際生產(chǎn)情況，闡述了平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)管理方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)；系統(tǒng)地論述了平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)理論與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的編制過程；統(tǒng)計(jì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的偏離項(xiàng)并由此評(píng)估影響工廠平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)實(shí)施的各類因素；論述了精益制造改善能力、科學(xué)合理的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃編制、良好的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境及供應(yīng)商體系建立是企業(yè)平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)順利實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵。通過平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)思想指導(dǎo)工廠生產(chǎn)，能促進(jìn)提高各項(xiàng)生產(chǎn)及物流管理績(jī)效，最終滿足客戶日益苛刻的供貨需求。 本文基于平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)思想對(duì)工廠某條混流程度最高的生產(chǎn)線實(shí)施精益改善，在提高生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)出的同時(shí)也降低了生產(chǎn)成本，并通過一系列行動(dòng)計(jì)劃優(yōu)化了供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境，改善了長期存在的供應(yīng)商交付不及時(shí)問題，最終驗(yàn)證了平準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)管理體系的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:As the delivery time is reduced and the configuration is increasingly diversified, the traditional mass production mode can not meet the characteristics of the market demand. The multi variety and small batch mixed flow production and flexible manufacturing technology are widely used by the auto parts enterprises. At present, many automobile parts enterprises in China have begun to study and use the advanced technology. The mode of production management, as part of the sublimation of the balanced production of lean manufacturing, has become a required course for enterprises. It is dominated by market or customer demand, with the core of eliminating waste and quick response, and ensuring that enterprises get better profit returns with less investment.
Therefore, this paper, in connection with the actual production situation of the factory of Thyssen Krupp Huizhong company, expounds the advantages of the leveling production management method, systematically expounds the process of the production planning of the flat production theory and the production plan, the deviation term of the statistical production plan and the actual production, and the assessment of the various causes affecting the implementation of the factory's leveling production. It discusses the improvement ability of lean manufacturing, the scientific and reasonable production planning, the good supply chain environment and the establishment of the supplier system is the key to the smooth implementation of the enterprise's leveling production. By guiding the production of the factory through the thought of leveling production, it can promote the improvement of the management performance of all production and transitivity, and finally meet the increasingly demanding of the customer. Goods demand.
Based on the thought of leveling production, the lean improvement of the production line with the highest mixed flow level in the factory is carried out. The production cost is also reduced while the production line is raised. The supply chain environment is optimized through a series of action plans, and the problem of the long existing supplier delivery is not timely. Finally, the leveling production pipe is verified. The superiority of the system.
