【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)作為優(yōu)化經濟結構的基礎性支撐產業(yè)和拉動經濟增長的先導性產業(yè),是現(xiàn)代產業(yè)體系的和總要組成部分。由于它涉及領域廣,吸納就業(yè)人數(shù)多,促進生產、打動消費作用大,對社會發(fā)展和經濟持續(xù)快速增長有積極長遠的引導效力,越來越引起政府組織和投資者的重視。 本文介紹了我國物流業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,分析了蘭州地區(qū)倉儲物流業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和物流企業(yè)出城入園的背景,介紹了蘭州新區(qū)的重要戰(zhàn)略地位和物流業(yè)的重要作用,分析了生產資料物流企業(yè)集群發(fā)展的理論基礎。通過對甘肅省木材總公司的現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)所處產業(yè)環(huán)境、競爭環(huán)境和出城入園轉型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行SWOT分析,并由此出發(fā)研究了發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流的對策建議,包括：物流體系創(chuàng)新、提高物流運營管理能力、提高物流市場運作能力并進行風險分析。
[Abstract]:As the basic supporting industry of optimizing economic structure and the leading industry of stimulating economic growth, modern logistics industry is the integral part of modern industrial system. Because it involves a wide range of fields, absorbs a large number of employment, promotes production and moves consumption, it has a positive and long-term guiding effect on social development and sustained and rapid economic growth, and has attracted more and more attention from government organizations and investors. This paper introduces the development of logistics industry in China, analyzes the present situation of storage and logistics industry in Lanzhou area and the background of logistics enterprises coming out of the city, and introduces the important strategic position and the important role of logistics industry in Lanzhou New area. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the development of logistics enterprise cluster of means of production. Through SWOT analysis of the present situation of Gansu Timber Corporation, the industrial environment, the competitive environment and the strategy of transformation and development from the city to the garden, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern logistics are studied, including: innovation of logistics system. Improve logistics operation and management ability, improve logistics market operation ability and carry out risk analysis.
