【摘要】：現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)作為優(yōu)化經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)性支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)和拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的先導(dǎo)性產(chǎn)業(yè),是現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)體系的和總要組成部分。由于它涉及領(lǐng)域廣,吸納就業(yè)人數(shù)多,促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)、打動(dòng)消費(fèi)作用大,對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)有積極長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的引導(dǎo)效力,越來(lái)越引起政府組織和投資者的重視。 本文介紹了我國(guó)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,分析了蘭州地區(qū)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和物流企業(yè)出城入園的背景,介紹了蘭州新區(qū)的重要戰(zhàn)略地位和物流業(yè)的重要作用,分析了生產(chǎn)資料物流企業(yè)集群發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)甘肅省木材總公司的現(xiàn)狀、企業(yè)所處產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和出城入園轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行SWOT分析,并由此出發(fā)研究了發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流的對(duì)策建議,包括：物流體系創(chuàng)新、提高物流運(yùn)營(yíng)管理能力、提高物流市場(chǎng)運(yùn)作能力并進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。
[Abstract]:As the basic supporting industry of optimizing economic structure and the leading industry of stimulating economic growth, modern logistics industry is the integral part of modern industrial system. Because it involves a wide range of fields, absorbs a large number of employment, promotes production and moves consumption, it has a positive and long-term guiding effect on social development and sustained and rapid economic growth, and has attracted more and more attention from government organizations and investors. This paper introduces the development of logistics industry in China, analyzes the present situation of storage and logistics industry in Lanzhou area and the background of logistics enterprises coming out of the city, and introduces the important strategic position and the important role of logistics industry in Lanzhou New area. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the development of logistics enterprise cluster of means of production. Through SWOT analysis of the present situation of Gansu Timber Corporation, the industrial environment, the competitive environment and the strategy of transformation and development from the city to the garden, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern logistics are studied, including: innovation of logistics system. Improve logistics operation and management ability, improve logistics market operation ability and carry out risk analysis.
