【摘要】:隨著我國市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理的重要性也越加突顯,社會(huì)責(zé)任管理工作受到諸多企業(yè)的廣泛關(guān)注。一些跨國公司已經(jīng)制定出了適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展的社會(huì)責(zé)任管理的準(zhǔn)則,同時(shí)這些企業(yè)還向自己的供應(yīng)商提供了清晰的行為準(zhǔn)則,要求他們遵守高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)高要求的職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并提出了更加完善的勞動(dòng)法規(guī)要求;不僅如此,還要求與自己產(chǎn)品配套的企業(yè)和有合作的企業(yè)都必須遵守相關(guān)社會(huì)責(zé)任準(zhǔn)則。有些大型的品牌企業(yè)還建立了較為完善的獨(dú)立的監(jiān)督體系,使得產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)的整個(gè)過程都能受到嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督和管理,從而確保質(zhì)量的可靠,促進(jìn)供應(yīng)商與企業(yè)更好的進(jìn)行社會(huì)責(zé)任管理。對(duì)這些公司供應(yīng)商社會(huì)責(zé)任管理問題進(jìn)行研究,希望促進(jìn)我國本土企業(yè)跟上國際上先進(jìn)的企業(yè)理念,通過對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任的承擔(dān),實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的企業(yè)公民價(jià)值。本文通過研讀國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)和實(shí)踐調(diào)查,針對(duì)GE公司的社會(huì)責(zé)任發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和所面臨的問題,進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要概括和分析,仔細(xì)研究了其供應(yīng)商的社會(huì)責(zé)任管理體系,同時(shí),就我國本土企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理發(fā)展中存在的一些問題進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要分析,為我國本土企業(yè)今后在社會(huì)責(zé)任建設(shè)方面總結(jié)了一種以利益相關(guān)者為導(dǎo)向,以產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為手段的新型企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任管理模式。促使我國產(chǎn)品可以更好的推向世界市場(chǎng),從而進(jìn)一步占據(jù)更大的市場(chǎng)空間,爭(zhēng)得更多的消費(fèi)者。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of market economy in China, the importance of corporate social responsibility management has become more and more prominent, and social responsibility management has been widely concerned by many enterprises. Some multinationals have developed social responsibility management guidelines adapted to social development, and these companies have also provided their suppliers with clear codes of conduct that require them to adhere to high standards of professional standards. Moreover, it also requires the enterprises supporting their own products and the cooperative enterprises to abide by the relevant norms of social responsibility. Some large brand enterprises have also established a relatively complete independent supervision system, so that the whole process of product production can be strictly monitored and managed, thus ensuring the reliability of quality. Promote suppliers and enterprises to better social responsibility management. In order to promote our local enterprises to keep up with the international advanced enterprise concept and to realize their own corporate citizenship value through the commitment of social responsibility this paper makes a research on the social responsibility management of the suppliers in these companies. In this paper, through the study of domestic and foreign relevant literature and practice investigation, aiming at the current situation and problems of GE Company's social responsibility development, this paper makes a brief summary and analysis, carefully studies its supplier's social responsibility management system, at the same time, This paper briefly analyzes some problems existing in the development of local corporate social responsibility management in China, and sums up a kind of stakeholder orientation for local enterprises in the construction of social responsibility in the future. A new model of corporate social responsibility management by means of product and technological innovation. Promote our products can be better to the world market, thus further occupy a greater market space, more consumers.
