協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:隨著信息通訊技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)為了應(yīng)對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始改變?cè)械墓⿷?yīng)鏈管理模式而逐漸實(shí)施供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同管理。供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的價(jià)值已被廣泛認(rèn)可,然而協(xié)同策略的實(shí)施也使供應(yīng)鏈增加了許多新的不確定性。深入研究協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性,能有效地降低供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理水平,為供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理策略的實(shí)施提供參考。因此,對(duì)協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性評(píng)價(jià)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究十分必要的。 首先,本文介紹了協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈以及穩(wěn)定性的相關(guān)概念,通過(guò)分析協(xié)同策略實(shí)施對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性正反兩方面的影響,總結(jié)了與傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈相比協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的特點(diǎn),為穩(wěn)定性影響因素的識(shí)別奠定基礎(chǔ)。 其次,,從運(yùn)作流程和組織關(guān)系兩方面對(duì)協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈的穩(wěn)定性影響因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的識(shí)別,利用DEMATEL法對(duì)因素間的關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行定量分析,得到影響因素的綜合影響矩陣、關(guān)聯(lián)性參數(shù)(原因度和中心度),根據(jù)關(guān)聯(lián)性參數(shù)對(duì)各因素進(jìn)行逐一分析,篩選出供應(yīng)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)應(yīng)的關(guān)鍵影響因素,然后利用ISM法對(duì)關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行分層,分層結(jié)果揭示了各層因素在協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的控制與評(píng)估方面的參考價(jià)值。 再次,構(gòu)建了協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提出了基于最優(yōu)組合賦權(quán)法的穩(wěn)定性綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型。該模型將影響因素關(guān)聯(lián)分析得到的綜合影響矩陣作為指標(biāo)權(quán)重的參考之一,綜合Delphi法、DEMATEL修正法和熵權(quán)法三種模型進(jìn)行組合賦權(quán),使模型得到的協(xié)同供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定性評(píng)估值更加合理。 最后,以青島啤酒華南地區(qū)供應(yīng)鏈為應(yīng)用例,分析了該供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同策略實(shí)施的特點(diǎn)及穩(wěn)定性因素的現(xiàn)狀,以此為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)該供應(yīng)鏈各期間的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證了論文提出的指標(biāo)體系與評(píng)價(jià)模型的合理性與有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information and communication technology, supply chain enterprises have begun to change the supply chain management mode to cope with the fierce market competition and gradually implement supply chain collaborative management. The value of supply chain collaboration has been widely recognized. However, the implementation of coordination strategy has added a lot of new uncertainties to supply chain. Further study on the stability of collaborative supply chain can effectively reduce the operational risk of supply chain, improve the level of supply chain collaborative management, and provide a reference for the implementation of supply chain collaborative management strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the stability evaluation of collaborative supply chain. Firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts of collaborative supply chain and stability, and summarizes the characteristics of collaborative supply chain stability compared with traditional supply chain by analyzing the positive and negative effects of collaborative strategy implementation on supply chain stability. It lays a foundation for the identification of the influencing factors of stability. Secondly, the factors affecting the stability of collaborative supply chain are systematically identified from two aspects of operation process and organization relationship, and the comprehensive influence matrix of influencing factors is obtained by quantitative analysis of the correlation among factors by using DEMATEL method. The correlation parameters (cause degree and centrality degree) are analyzed one by one according to the correlation parameters, and the key factors corresponding to each link of the supply chain are screened out, and then the key factors are stratified by ISM method. The stratification results reveal the reference value of the factors in the control and evaluation of the stability of collaborative supply chain. Thirdly, the evaluation index system of cooperative supply chain stability is constructed, and a comprehensive stability evaluation model based on optimal combination weighting method is proposed. In this model, the comprehensive influence matrix obtained from the correlation analysis of influencing factors is taken as one of the references of index weights, and the three models of Delphi method and entropy weight method are combined and weighted. The evaluation value of cooperative supply chain stability obtained by the model is more reasonable. Finally, taking the South China supply chain of Tsing Tao Beer as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the implementation of the supply chain coordination strategy and the present situation of the stability factors, and evaluates the stability of the supply chain during each period. The rationality and validity of the proposed index system and evaluation model are verified.
