需求依賴當前庫存水平的易腐品庫存運輸聯(lián)合優(yōu)化

【摘要】:飲食安全和物流成本急劇上升的問題已經(jīng)受到了廣泛關注,如何更有效、快捷的將易腐產(chǎn)品(如水果、蔬菜、鮮肉制品、豆制品等)送至百姓的手中,已經(jīng)成為廣大易腐產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)商、供應商、零售商和學者們所關注的重要課題。有效、快捷的供應鏈系統(tǒng)需要鏈條上各節(jié)點企業(yè)共同交互信息、集中優(yōu)化決策。在充分認識現(xiàn)實問題的基礎上,學者們對易腐產(chǎn)品的庫存決策、庫存路徑優(yōu)化、車輛路徑優(yōu)化研究及生產(chǎn)-分銷物流系統(tǒng)等方面的問題進行了深入的研究。但是少有學者在需求依賴當前庫存水平這一條件下整合優(yōu)化零售商的庫存和運輸策略,本課題針對這一課題,從零售商收益及系統(tǒng)成本的角度進行了研究,具體包括以下問題。 (1)研究了需求依賴庫存的易腐品訂貨及貨架補貨策略問題。以單一易腐品為研究對象,通過考慮零售貨架空間有限和商品在零售商倉庫及貨架腐敗速率的差異,建立模型并分析了零售商如何尋求最優(yōu)訂貨策略和補貨策略的問題。最后通過算例分析了不同參數(shù)變化對零售商決策的影響。 (2)研究了考慮多回路配送的易腐品庫存路徑聯(lián)合優(yōu)化問題。構建一個供應商和多個零售商的二級供應鏈系統(tǒng),,在優(yōu)化模型中考慮了在途運輸?shù)漠a(chǎn)品腐敗成本及車輛周期配送行駛多個回路以優(yōu)化車輛使用效率的問題,在無限計劃期內(nèi)制定合理的配送方案以將車輛固定成本、裝卸費用、行駛費用、庫存成本和腐敗成本之和最小化,最終確定所需車輛數(shù)目、車輛的行駛路徑和配送的周期時間,并通過算例分析了不同環(huán)節(jié)腐敗的影響。
[Abstract]:The problem of food safety and soaring logistics costs has received widespread attention. How to deliver perishable products (such as fruits, vegetables, fresh meat products, soy products, etc.) to the people more effectively and quickly, It has become an important issue for the manufacturers, suppliers, retailers and scholars of perishable products. An efficient and fast supply chain system requires the enterprises on the chain to interact with each other and to optimize the decision. On the basis of fully understanding the practical problems, scholars have carried out in-depth research on inventory decision, inventory path optimization, vehicle routing optimization and production-distribution logistics system of perishable products. However, few scholars integrate and optimize retailers' inventory and transportation strategies under the condition that demand depends on the current inventory level. Including the following questions. 1) this paper studies the ordering and shelf replenishment strategy of perishable goods which depend on the demand for stock. Taking a single perishable product as the research object, considering the difference between the limited retail shelf space and the rate of corruption of goods in the retail warehouse and shelf, the model is established and the problem of how retailers seek the optimal ordering strategy and replenishment strategy is analyzed. Finally, an example is given to analyze the influence of different parameters on retailers' decision. (2) the joint optimization problem of perishable inventory path considering multi-loop distribution is studied. A two-level supply chain system for suppliers and retailers is constructed. In the optimization model, the cost of product corruption in transit and the multiple loops of vehicle cycle distribution are considered in order to optimize the efficiency of vehicle use. Develop a reasonable distribution plan during the unlimited planning period to minimize the sum of fixed vehicle costs, handling costs, running costs, inventory costs and corruption costs, and finally determine the number of vehicles required, the vehicle's travel path, and the delivery cycle time, An example is given to analyze the influence of corruption in different links.
