【摘要】：21世紀(jì),中國經(jīng)濟在飛速發(fā)展的同時,也產(chǎn)生了不可估量的逆向物流成本。2013年,中國社會物流總費用占GDP的18%,而逆向物流成本又占物流成本的25%左右。逆向物流成本的重要組成部分是庫存成本,在一般性的實體產(chǎn)業(yè)中,逆向產(chǎn)品庫存成本將占用逆向產(chǎn)品物流成本的40%左右,在汽車、電子產(chǎn)業(yè)中其占用比將更高。VMI是近年來比較成熟的庫存管理思想,被大量運用到正向物流庫存發(fā)貨模型的研究上,但是這些研究都很少考慮到逆向回流因素的影響。鑒于此,本文在正向物流領(lǐng)域相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,引進逆向回流因素進行庫存發(fā)貨模型的研究。本文在考慮單一產(chǎn)品,且該產(chǎn)品的市場需求服從相互獨立的泊松分布,產(chǎn)品回收后可瞬時更新成新產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上,分別構(gòu)建考慮固定回收和隨機回收的兩套庫存系統(tǒng)。考慮固定回收的系統(tǒng)包含采用基于時間且不允許缺貨的庫存發(fā)貨模型和采用即時發(fā)貨的庫存發(fā)貨模型；考慮隨機回收的系統(tǒng)則包含VMI環(huán)境下基于時間的逆向物流庫存發(fā)貨模型、VMI環(huán)境下基于數(shù)量的逆向物流庫存發(fā)貨模型和VMI環(huán)境下基于外包策略的混合庫存發(fā)貨模型。本文各個模型都采用統(tǒng)一基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),通過數(shù)值分析后得出：第一,在假設(shè)回流產(chǎn)品具有經(jīng)濟性的條件下,逆向回流因素可有效發(fā)揮其替代作用,達到降低平均總成本的目的,同時還可以優(yōu)化相關(guān)最優(yōu)變量；第二,基于數(shù)量的庫存發(fā)貨模型比基于時間的庫存發(fā)貨模型的平均總成本要低,但是隨著顧客等待成本的提高,兩者差距不斷減小。第三,對于混合策略部分,在逆向回流部分進行外包的前提下,由于外包企業(yè)的專業(yè)性,供應(yīng)商存在既能滿足較高的顧客服務(wù)水平又能降低平均總成本的空間；第四,對于基于數(shù)量的發(fā)貨模型和混合策略,最優(yōu)發(fā)貨量和最優(yōu)訂貨量相等時成本會最低,這時候的逆向回流因素所對應(yīng)的最優(yōu)發(fā)貨周期也最低,原因是當(dāng)最優(yōu)發(fā)貨量等于最優(yōu)訂貨量時,會出現(xiàn)一次發(fā)貨就能滿足市場需求的情況,這樣將獲得最大的規(guī)模效益。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, while China's economy developed rapidly, it also produced an inestimable reverse logistics cost in.2013 years. The total cost of China's social logistics accounted for 18% of the GDP, while the reverse logistics cost accounted for about 25% of the logistics cost. The important component of the reverse logistics cost is the inventory cost. In the general entity industry, the reverse product is in stock. This will take up about 40% of the logistics cost of reverse product. In the automobile and electronic industry, the occupying ratio is higher than that of.VMI. It is a more mature inventory management idea in recent years. It is widely used in the study of the forward logistics inventory model, but these studies seldom take into account the influence of reverse backflow factor. In view of this, this paper is in the positive object. On the basis of the flow field related research, the reverse backflow factor is introduced to study the inventory and delivery model. In this paper, a single product is considered, and the market demand of the product follows an independent Poisson distribution. On the basis of the product recovery, two sets of inventory systems with fixed recovery and random recovery are constructed on the basis of the instantaneous renewal of the product. The system that considers fixed recovery includes a time based, no shortage based inventory delivery model and an inventory delivery model with immediate delivery. The system considering the random recovery includes a time based reverse logistics inventory delivery model under the VMI environment, a quantitative reverse logistics inventory delivery model and a VMI ring under the VMI environment. In this paper, a hybrid inventory delivery model based on outsourcing strategy is used in this paper. In this paper, the unified basic data are used in this paper. The first, under the assumption that the reflux product has economic conditions, the reverse backflow factor can effectively play its alternative role to reduce the average total cost, and can also optimize the correlation. The optimal variable; second, the quantity based inventory delivery model is lower than the average total cost of the time based inventory delivery model, but with the increase of the customer's waiting cost, the gap between the two decreases. Third, for the mixed strategy part, the outsourcing enterprise's professionalism, the supplier, under the premise of the reverse backflow part. There is a space that can satisfy both the high customer service level and the average total cost. Fourth, for the quantity based shipping model and the mixed strategy, the cost will be the lowest when the optimal delivery is equal to the optimal order quantity, and the optimal delivery period corresponding to the reverse backflow factor is the lowest, due to the optimal delivery amount and so on. When the optimal order quantity is met, a shipment will meet the market demand, so that the maximum scale benefit will be achieved.
