基于碳減排的創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)不斷進(jìn)步,產(chǎn)品更新?lián)Q代的速度也在加快;尤其是創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品,它的生命周期非常短暫,為了滿足消費(fèi)者個性化、多樣化的需求,并實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤最大化,企業(yè)不斷推出各種創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品。與此同時,能源消費(fèi)劇增,生態(tài)環(huán)境不斷惡化。其中,碳排放是造成全球氣候變暖的主要根源之一。因此在創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化設(shè)計中考慮碳排放因素是非常必要的。文章充分考慮創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品特性、碳減排等因素對創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的影響,對研究的問題進(jìn)行定性定量分析,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)基于碳減排的創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)化。 文章首先分析了創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品及創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的特性,進(jìn)而得出基于碳減排的創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的特征。接著,分析了碳減排對創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈設(shè)計的影響,并從微觀和宏觀兩個方面進(jìn)行了分析,本文重點分析了微觀的影響。通過分析碳減排對創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈中各成員的影響,進(jìn)而得出消費(fèi)者偏好碳減排產(chǎn)品可拉動供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)自主進(jìn)行碳減排。然后,根據(jù)消費(fèi)者需求理論及擴(kuò)展式報童模型,分別建立了碳減排前供應(yīng)鏈總收益模型及碳減排后供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找婺P?通過對比分析碳減排強(qiáng)度、減排后產(chǎn)品價格及消費(fèi)者偏好程度對碳減排前后供應(yīng)鏈總收益的影響,得出將碳減排程度控制在一定范圍內(nèi)時,消費(fèi)者偏好碳減排產(chǎn)品及可以接受的碳減排產(chǎn)品價格可以為供應(yīng)鏈帶來更高的收益。最后,本文以三星智能手機(jī)中的9308為例,對模型進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析,通過模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)一步驗證了該模型的科學(xué)性和可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous progress of science and technology, the speed of product upgrading is also speeding up, especially the innovative product, its life cycle is very short, in order to meet the personalized and diversified needs of consumers, and to maximize the profits of enterprises, Enterprises continue to introduce a variety of innovative products. At the same time, energy consumption has increased dramatically and the ecological environment has deteriorated. Among them, carbon emission is one of the main causes of global warming. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the carbon emission factor in the optimization design of innovative product supply chain. In this paper, the effects of the characteristics of innovative products, carbon emission reduction and other factors on the supply chain of innovative products are fully considered, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out to realize the optimization of the supply chain of innovative products based on carbon emission reduction. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of innovative products and innovative product supply chain, and then obtains the characteristics of innovative product supply chain based on carbon emission reduction. Then, the paper analyzes the impact of carbon emission reduction on the design of innovative product supply chain, and analyzes it from the micro and macro aspects. By analyzing the influence of carbon emission reduction on the members of innovative product supply chain, it is concluded that consumers' preference for carbon emission reduction products can pull supply chain enterprises to reduce carbon emissions independently. Then, according to the theory of consumer demand and the extended newsboy model, the supply chain total revenue model before carbon emission reduction and the supply chain income model after carbon emission reduction are established respectively, and the intensity of carbon emission reduction is compared and analyzed. The effect of product price and consumer preference on the total revenue of supply chain before and after carbon reduction is obtained. Consumers' preference for carbon abatement products and acceptable carbon abatement prices could bring higher returns to the supply chain. Finally, taking 9308 in Samsung smartphone as an example, the model is numerically simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the model is scientific and feasible.
