【摘要】:在LNG產(chǎn)業(yè)中,LNG氣化站是LNG供應(yīng)鏈非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),擔(dān)任LNG存儲(chǔ),氣化以及將天然氣送入用戶應(yīng)用管網(wǎng)的任務(wù)。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外都采用SCADA系統(tǒng)對(duì)LNG氣化站進(jìn)行控制,國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)采用國(guó)外設(shè)備和技術(shù),雖然這些設(shè)備可靠性較高,但普遍存在價(jià)格高和無(wú)自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的缺點(diǎn),進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)成本較高。因此,自主研發(fā)LNG氣化站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),提高系統(tǒng)靈活性,豐富系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控功能,最大程度減少氣化站的建設(shè)及運(yùn)營(yíng)成本,對(duì)我國(guó)LNG產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 在本文中,研究設(shè)計(jì)了一套LNG氣化站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。硬件方面,為了提高系統(tǒng)的安全性,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備均采用本安型儀表。系統(tǒng)控制器采用西門子S7-200系列CPU224可編程邏輯控制器采集儲(chǔ)罐壓力、儲(chǔ)罐液位、天然氣溫度、管道流量、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)甲烷濃度以及接近開關(guān)狀態(tài)等現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),經(jīng)過(guò)分析處理后,對(duì)儲(chǔ)罐進(jìn)/出氣閥門和循環(huán)水加熱爐進(jìn)行控制;軟件方面,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用STEP-7編程軟件對(duì)PLC控制器進(jìn)行編程控制,采用WinCC組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)監(jiān)控軟件。采用PC Access搭建PLC控制器與監(jiān)控軟件的數(shù)據(jù)通信,使監(jiān)控軟件順利完成監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的工藝流程組態(tài)、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)顯示、歷史數(shù)據(jù)顯示、系統(tǒng)報(bào)表顯示以及報(bào)警參數(shù)設(shè)置等功能。 監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在調(diào)試過(guò)程中運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠、響應(yīng)速度快,滿足LNG氣化站監(jiān)控的各項(xiàng)要求。同時(shí),該系統(tǒng)成本低,且具有良好的擴(kuò)展性。將系統(tǒng)稍加修改可使用于住宅小區(qū)燃?xì)鈶?yīng)用監(jiān)控、安全管理以及石油化工的其他過(guò)程控制領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:LNG gasification station is a very important part of LNG supply chain in LNG industry. It serves as the task of LNG storage, gasification and the application of natural gas to users. At present, SCADA system is used to control LNG gasification station at home and abroad. Most of the domestic equipment and technology are used abroad. Although the reliability of these equipments is high, the disadvantages of high price and no independent intellectual property are generally existed. Therefore, the construction and operation cost of the whole system is high. Therefore, the independent research and development of LNG gasification station monitoring system, improve the system flexibility, enrich the system monitoring function, and minimize the construction and operation costs of the gasification station, has a strong practical significance for the development of LNG industry in China. In this paper, a set of LNG gasification station monitoring system is studied and designed. Hardware, in order to improve the safety of the system, field equipment are using the intrinsically safe instrument. The system controller uses Siemens S7-200 series CPU224 programmable logic controller to collect field data such as tank pressure, tank liquid level, natural gas temperature, pipeline flow rate, field methane concentration and close to switch state. The inlet / outlet valve of storage tank and the reheating furnace of circulating water are controlled. In software design, the PLC controller is controlled by STEP-7 programming software, and the monitoring software is developed by WinCC configuration software. The data communication between PLC controller and monitoring software is built by using PC Access, which makes the monitoring software complete the functions of process configuration, real-time data display, history data display, system report display, alarm parameter setting and so on. The monitoring system is stable, reliable and fast in response to the requirements of LNG gasification station. At the same time, the system has low cost and good expansibility. The system can be used in the residential district gas application monitoring, safety management and other petrochemical process control field.
