【摘要】：20世紀(jì)以來(lái)，國(guó)內(nèi)越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)加大了信息化的投入，企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃(EnterpriseResource Planning，ERP)系統(tǒng)和制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)(Manufacturing Execution System，MES)在企業(yè)發(fā)展和變革中起到至關(guān)重要的作用和深遠(yuǎn)的影響,隨著供應(yīng)鏈管理的廣度和深度的增加，企業(yè)關(guān)注點(diǎn)不應(yīng)只是外圍的供應(yīng)鏈，企業(yè)內(nèi)部的“供應(yīng)鏈”也同樣重要，所以制造企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)客觀上也要求必須實(shí)現(xiàn)MES與ERP的有效集成，增加內(nèi)部供應(yīng)鏈的效率和信息流數(shù)據(jù)的有效傳遞。 本文基于一個(gè)實(shí)際的企業(yè)ERP與MES系統(tǒng)集成的開(kāi)發(fā)案例，深入探討了如何設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)ERP與MES系統(tǒng)集成。首先，簡(jiǎn)要介紹了課題的背景，ERP和MES集成研究的目的和意義，并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀論證了ERP和MES集成的必要性； 其次，簡(jiǎn)要介紹ERP和MES系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)兩類(lèi)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，并著重探討了ERP和MES集成方式和集成過(guò)程中的各種問(wèn)題和可行的解決方案，并基于此給出了本課題探討的系統(tǒng)集成方案的目標(biāo)及功能，提出了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案； 最后，結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)的集成接口給出了集成方案的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。詳細(xì)描述了如何在生產(chǎn)管理、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行和倉(cāng)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)等多方面有效的集成ERP和MES系統(tǒng)，，并總結(jié)已有方案，對(duì)后續(xù)集成方案進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, more and more enterprises in China have increased their investment in information technology. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Manufacturing execution system (Manufacturing execution system) play an important role in the development and transformation of enterprises. With the increase of the breadth and depth of supply chain management, enterprises should not only focus on the peripheral supply chain, but also the "supply chain" within the enterprise. Therefore, the information construction of manufacturing enterprises also requires the effective integration of mes and ERP, increasing the efficiency of internal supply chain and the effective transmission of information flow data. Based on an actual enterprise ERP and mes system integration development case, this paper deeply discusses how to design and realize the enterprise ERP and mes system integration. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research on ERP and mes integration are briefly introduced, and the necessity of ERP and mes integration is demonstrated according to the present situation of domestic and foreign research, secondly, the foundation of ERP and mes system is briefly introduced. The problems existing in the two kinds of systems are analyzed, and various problems and feasible solutions in the integration of ERP and mes are discussed. Based on this, the goal and function of the system integration scheme discussed in this paper are given. The overall design scheme of the system is put forward, and finally, the implementation of the integration scheme is given in combination with the designed integration interface. This paper describes in detail how to effectively integrate ERP and mes systems in production management, production execution and warehouse data, and summarizes the existing schemes and prospects for future integration schemes.
