【摘要】：當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,制造企業(yè)面臨著更大的挑戰(zhàn)。制造類企業(yè)是我國(guó)企業(yè)的重要組成部分,掌握著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的命脈,是我國(guó)財(cái)政收入的主要來(lái)源,經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化要求制造企業(yè)要迅速提高整體的水平,信息化水平已經(jīng)成為決定著企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的重要因素。企業(yè)信息化是現(xiàn)化企業(yè)的必經(jīng)之路,企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)也已廣泛應(yīng)用,但各企業(yè)實(shí)施的內(nèi)容、過(guò)程和效果各不相同。 ERP系統(tǒng)是建立在信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,以系統(tǒng)化的管理思想,為企業(yè)決策層及員工提供決策運(yùn)行手段的管理平臺(tái)。它是由MRP(物料需求計(jì)劃)演變而來(lái)的高度集成化的管理信息系統(tǒng),延伸了MRP的功能,以供應(yīng)鏈管理為其核心思想,是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)管理的重要手段。 本人在進(jìn)行大量的實(shí)踐和深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)制造企業(yè)實(shí)施信息化ERP項(xiàng)目的系統(tǒng)分析、設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行了深入的探討研究。同時(shí)結(jié)合制造類企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施狀況和其自身的特性,介紹了制造類企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展歷程、管理思想、特點(diǎn)、作用、體系結(jié)構(gòu)和具體實(shí)現(xiàn),從業(yè)務(wù)需求、系統(tǒng)功能性需求和系統(tǒng)非功能性需求三個(gè)方面入手,重點(diǎn)分析了各功能模塊的需求。講述了制造類企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)、設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)、系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架設(shè)計(jì)以及系統(tǒng)功能模塊設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)情況和推廣進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明,為制造類企業(yè)的ERP項(xiàng)目實(shí)施提供一個(gè)參考借鑒。目前ERP系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品很成熟,本文借鑒作用在于項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的分析與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Today's market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, manufacturing enterprises are facing more challenges. Manufacturing enterprises are an important part of our enterprises. Mastering the lifeblood of our country's economy is the main source of our financial revenue. The globalization of the economy requires that the manufacturing enterprises should improve the overall level quickly. The level of information has already been decided by the enterprise. The important factor of the development situation is that enterprise informatization is the only way for the present enterprise, and the enterprise ERP system has been widely used, but the contents, process and effect of each enterprise are different.
ERP system is a management platform established on the basis of information technology, based on systematic management ideas, providing decision operation means for enterprise decision making layer and staff. It is a highly integrated management information system developed by MRP (material demand plan). It extends the function of MRP, takes supply chain management as its core idea and is the enterprise realization section. An important means of learning management.
On the basis of a lot of practice and in-depth study, this paper makes an in-depth study on the system analysis, design and implementation of the implementation of information ERP project in manufacturing enterprises. At the same time, it introduces the development process, management thought, characteristics and function of the manufacturing enterprise ERP system combining the ERP implementation status and its own characteristics of manufacturing enterprises. The system structure and specific implementation, from three aspects of business requirements, system functional requirements and system non functional requirements, focus on the analysis of the requirements of each functional module. It tells the ERP system of manufacturing enterprises, the target of design, the design of the system framework and the design of the system function module, and the realization and promotion of each subsystem. It provides a reference for the implementation of the ERP project in manufacturing enterprises. The ERP system is very mature at present. This article is a reference to the analysis and application of the project implementation.
