【摘要】：以國內(nèi)主要集裝箱港口為實(shí)證考察對象,以全面績效為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),探討了新形勢下港口物流能力的構(gòu)成要素,并基于驗證性分析假設(shè)驗證了港口物流能力與港口績效之間的作用路徑。研究表明,隨著客戶導(dǎo)向與服務(wù)導(dǎo)向的日益凸顯,物流戰(zhàn)略及配置實(shí)力、集成與一體化能力、運(yùn)作與管理能力及敏捷應(yīng)變能力等軟性能力要素,對于構(gòu)筑港口物流能力及提升港口全面績效起著更加重要的作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the main domestic container ports as the object of empirical investigation and taking the overall performance as the measurement standard, this paper discusses the components of the port logistics capacity under the new situation. Based on the confirmatory analysis hypothesis, the paper verifies the path between port logistics capability and port performance. The research shows that, with the increasingly prominent of customer orientation and service orientation, the factors of soft capability, such as logistics strategy and configuration strength, integration and integration ability, operation and management ability and agile response ability, are becoming more and more important. It plays a more important role in building port logistics capacity and improving port overall performance.
