S公司彈性臂供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量控制改進研究

【摘要】:近年隨著機械硬盤(HDD)的需求在2010年達到頂峰后呈現(xiàn)出負增長,而且固態(tài)硬盤技術(shù)(SSD)的逐漸成熟更是瓜分了機械硬盤業(yè)務(wù)部分市場份額,對機械硬盤行業(yè)造成了很大的沖擊。如何不斷地研究改進管理方式、縮減成本、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、縮短新產(chǎn)品周期、提高客戶的滿意度和忠誠度也就成為公司保持一定的競爭優(yōu)勢并且不斷提高公司收益的關(guān)鍵所在。為滿足新形勢下客戶不斷變化的,高精度、高質(zhì)量的需求,企業(yè)紛紛把供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理作為其核心戰(zhàn)略,拋棄傳統(tǒng)的基于企業(yè)本身的質(zhì)量管理思想,把企業(yè)內(nèi)部以及外部之間質(zhì)量形成過程當(dāng)成整體過程進行質(zhì)量控制和管理。 目前國內(nèi)外已有許多質(zhì)量管理的研究成果,主要集中在企業(yè)內(nèi)部的質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量保證,庫存管理,供應(yīng)商的評價和選擇等,本文針對S公司對彈性臂現(xiàn)行免檢入庫的瓶頸—就是彈性臂關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量特性(CTQ)精度要求高但與彈性臂供應(yīng)商測試機相關(guān)性偏倚波動大容易引起供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)的質(zhì)量特性中心值偏移目標值,本文運用六西格瑪DMAIC改進流程找出影響彈性臂質(zhì)量特性測試波動的主要關(guān)鍵要素,通過穩(wěn)定測試相關(guān)性的改善和建立標準樣本監(jiān)控測試機制度,把現(xiàn)行事后處理問題的免檢入庫制度流程在測量系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的基礎(chǔ)上提出基于標準樣本實時監(jiān)控的事前免檢入庫流程,有效地減少因為供應(yīng)商測量系統(tǒng)不穩(wěn)定造成不良批次流入S公司生產(chǎn)線,避免質(zhì)量問題造成的不良分析以及返工、退貨等引起質(zhì)量成本增加和產(chǎn)品周期延長等不可估量的質(zhì)量損失和市場損失。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the demand of HDD has reached its peak in 2010, and the technology of solid state hard disk (SSDs) has matured gradually, it has divided the market share of mechanical hard disk business, which has caused a great impact on the mechanical hard disk industry. How to continuously study how to improve the management mode, reduce the cost, improve the product quality, shorten the new product cycle, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty also become the key to keep a certain competitive advantage and constantly improve the company's income. In order to meet the ever-changing, high precision and high quality demands of customers under the new situation, enterprises take supplier quality management as their core strategy one after another, and abandon the traditional quality management thought based on the enterprise itself. Take the process of quality formation within and outside the enterprise as an integral process for quality control and management. At present, there are many research achievements in quality management at home and abroad, mainly focusing on the internal quality control and quality assurance, inventory management, evaluation and selection of suppliers, etc. This paper aims at the bottleneck of S company to the flexible arm which is the key quality characteristic of the elastic arm, which is the key quality characteristic of the elastic arm. But the fluctuation of the bias associated with the supplier testing machine of the elastic arm can easily lead to the special quality of the supplier. Property center value offset target value, In this paper, we use the six Sigma DMAIC improvement process to find out the main key factors that affect the fluctuation of the elastic arm mass characteristic test, and establish the standard sample monitoring and testing machine system by improving the stability of the test correlation and establishing the standard sample monitoring and testing machine system. Based on the stability of the measurement system, this paper puts forward the pre-inspection and warehousing exemption flow based on the real-time monitoring of standard samples. Effectively reduce the flow of bad batches into S production line due to the instability of supplier measurement system, avoid bad analysis and rework caused by quality problems, Return of goods such as increased quality costs and product cycle extension such as incalculable quality loss and market losses.
