【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化及知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的大背景下,家電市場的競爭越來越激烈,許多家電流通企業(yè)都以低價(jià)格的產(chǎn)品或多數(shù)量的門店來搶奪市場份額,家電市場日趨飽和,市場價(jià)格逐漸透明化,家電零售業(yè)逐漸成為微利行業(yè)。處于供應(yīng)鏈上游的制造企業(yè)制造成本已基本飽和,難以為整體供應(yīng)鏈繼續(xù)提升利潤。為了滿足供應(yīng)鏈上游及中游企業(yè)增長利潤的需求,必須通過供應(yīng)鏈的其他環(huán)節(jié)來減少成本,從而達(dá)到整體利潤增長的良好態(tài)勢。供應(yīng)鏈上游企業(yè)與中游企業(yè)對接的物流及倉儲(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié)存在的成本浪費(fèi)成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一,庫存管理對企業(yè)的營銷策略、資金管理、客戶服務(wù)等方面的重要影響越來越受到人們重視。為了使利潤最大化,家電零售企業(yè)需要從巨大的隱性成本—庫存成本的降低入手,因此,倉儲(chǔ)管理及庫存控制研究就顯得尤為重要。 本文以多元區(qū)域代理兼自營的新疆某電器公司(下文簡稱Z公司,隸屬于HZ實(shí)業(yè))為例,對其經(jīng)營初期所出現(xiàn)的倉儲(chǔ)管理問題進(jìn)行分析研究,建立適合其生存發(fā)展的供應(yīng)鏈庫存模式,構(gòu)建敏捷供應(yīng)鏈的信息協(xié)同平臺(tái),通過業(yè)務(wù)流程分析法對企業(yè)倉存管理存在的問題進(jìn)行梳理,并制定出流程管理優(yōu)化方案,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)家電零售企業(yè)與合作商協(xié)同的庫存管理協(xié)同模型,該模型實(shí)現(xiàn)了倉存管理模塊與ERP系統(tǒng)中采購模塊、銷售模塊的集成。本文取得的主要成果如下: (1)根據(jù)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理及流程管理現(xiàn)狀,,通過兩方面因素同時(shí)診斷和分析問題所在,并將優(yōu)化辦法結(jié)合成最終解決辦法,提出供應(yīng)商與銷售商協(xié)同管理,并提出適合Z公司供應(yīng)鏈敏捷化策略。 (2)把協(xié)同指標(biāo)納入庫存控制模型,一方面增加研究的可行性,另一方面通過此方法,提高公司倉儲(chǔ)管理效率。 (3)建立了適合多元代理及自營家電零售企業(yè)的倉存管理信息協(xié)同模型。由于企業(yè)經(jīng)營模式的特殊性,公司處于一個(gè)較為尷尬局面,建立一個(gè)特有倉存系統(tǒng)對于同類型企業(yè)具有重要的實(shí)用和推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the competition in the home appliance market is becoming more and more intense. Many home appliance circulation enterprises are grabbing market share with low price products or a large number of stores, and the home appliance market is becoming more and more saturated. The market price becomes transparent gradually, the household appliance retail industry gradually becomes the small profit industry. Manufacturing costs in the upstream supply chain have been basically saturated, it is difficult to continue to improve profits for the whole supply chain. In order to meet the demand of the upstream and mid-stream enterprises in the supply chain, we must reduce the cost through other links of the supply chain, so as to achieve a good trend of overall profit growth. The cost waste in logistics and warehousing links of upstream enterprises and mid-stream enterprises in the supply chain has become one of the focus of attention. The marketing strategy and capital management of inventory management to enterprises, People pay more and more attention to the important influence of customer service. In order to maximize the profit, the household appliance retailing enterprises need to start with the huge hidden cost-the reduction of the inventory cost. Therefore, the research of warehouse management and inventory control is particularly important. In this paper, an electric appliance company in Xinjiang (Z Company, subordinate to HZ Industry) is taken as an example to analyze and study the problems of warehouse management in the early stage of its operation. This paper establishes the supply chain inventory model suitable for its survival and development, constructs the information cooperation platform of agile supply chain, combs the existing problems of enterprise warehouse and inventory management through business process analysis, and formulates the optimization scheme of process management. A collaborative inventory management model between home appliance retail enterprises and partners is constructed. The model realizes the integration of warehouse management module with purchase module and sales module in ERP system. The main achievements of this paper are as follows: 1) according to the current situation of enterprise supply chain management and process management, the problem is diagnosed and analyzed simultaneously by two factors, and the optimization method is combined into the final solution. This paper puts forward the collaborative management between supplier and seller, and puts forward the agile supply chain strategy suitable for Z Company. The collaborative index is brought into the inventory control model. On the one hand, the feasibility of the research is increased, on the other hand, the feasibility of the research is increased, on the other hand, In order to improve the efficiency of warehouse management, the cooperative model of warehouse management information for multi-agent and self-owned household appliances retail enterprises is established. Because of the particularity of the enterprise management mode, the company is in an awkward situation, the establishment of a unique warehousing system for the same type of enterprises has an important practical and promotion value.
