汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)均衡模型研究

【摘要】:構(gòu)建了由整車生產(chǎn)商、汽車經(jīng)銷商和需求市場(chǎng)構(gòu)成的汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,利用變分不等式描述了不同決策者的決策行為以及決策者之間相互影響的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為,確定了均衡狀態(tài)時(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各企業(yè)之間的整車交易價(jià)格和交易數(shù)量。這一模型能夠解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)模式下汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間的利益分配問題,得到的均衡狀態(tài)能夠使汽車供應(yīng)鏈整體收益最大,從而促進(jìn)汽車行業(yè)運(yùn)作更加穩(wěn)定高效。最后為保證均衡解的有效性,提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策及建議,即改變汽車企業(yè)傳統(tǒng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)、加強(qiáng)企業(yè)間協(xié)作、引入契約機(jī)制、構(gòu)建汽車行業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)同平臺(tái)、加快汽車行業(yè)信息和管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),這些措施是均衡狀態(tài)有效性的必要保證,對(duì)促進(jìn)汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理具有一定的積極作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a supply chain network model of automobile industry is constructed, which is composed of whole vehicle manufacturer, automobile dealer and demand market. By using variational inequalities, the decision-making behavior of different decision makers and the competitive behavior between different decision makers are described. The price and quantity of the vehicle transaction between the enterprises in the network are determined. This model can solve the problem of profit distribution among supply chain enterprises in automobile industry under the network mode. The equilibrium state can make the whole profit of automobile supply chain maximum and promote the operation of automobile industry to be more stable and efficient. Finally, in order to ensure the validity of the equilibrium solution, the paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions, that is, changing the traditional competitive consciousness of automobile enterprises, strengthening the cooperation among enterprises, introducing the contract mechanism, and constructing the big data collaborative platform of automobile industry. These measures are necessary to guarantee the effectiveness of equilibrium state and play a positive role in promoting the supply chain management of automobile industry.
