供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下集中策略模式的產(chǎn)品組合研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步,生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)效率的不斷提高以及人們對(duì)于商品的個(gè)性化需求不斷提升使得當(dāng)前零售商所面對(duì)的產(chǎn)品類別種類急劇增長。同時(shí),企業(yè)間競爭的日趨激烈,供應(yīng)鏈中上下游企業(yè)間需要更加緊密的合作來共同創(chuàng)造利潤。所以,產(chǎn)品組合優(yōu)化的進(jìn)一步研究中有必要將供應(yīng)鏈中上游的供應(yīng)商和制造商一并考慮最終得到能夠使整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找孀顑?yōu)的產(chǎn)品組合策略。 本文應(yīng)用MNL模型描述了消費(fèi)者選擇行為,通過對(duì)零售商和制造商利潤的分析建立一個(gè)考慮集中策略模式使得整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈利潤最優(yōu)的非線性混合整數(shù)問題。為降低非線性混合整數(shù)規(guī)劃問題的求解復(fù)雜度,本文對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈上的利潤和成本進(jìn)行整理,通過分析求解得到1)能夠使整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)找孀顑?yōu)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)價(jià)格2)能夠使得成本最小的產(chǎn)品延期交貨時(shí)間,產(chǎn)品補(bǔ)貨周期和制造商的原材料訂購決策。最后,本文隨機(jī)給定了幾類產(chǎn)品及其變量數(shù)值,首先得到了零售商對(duì)這幾類產(chǎn)品的最優(yōu)產(chǎn)品組合決策,隨后分析了提供產(chǎn)品的制造商生產(chǎn)能力變化對(duì)于最終產(chǎn)品組合決策的影響。 本文研究的基本結(jié)論主要有:1)相對(duì)于沒有進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品組合的策略,產(chǎn)品組合決策方法可以幫助提升整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈利潤2)對(duì)于利潤較高的產(chǎn)品,提供該產(chǎn)品的制造商增加其生產(chǎn)能力可以幫助提高整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈利潤。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the increasing efficiency of manufacturing enterprises and the increasing demand for individual products, the types of products facing retailers are increasing rapidly. At the same time, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, and the upstream and downstream enterprises need closer cooperation to create profits. So, In the further study of product portfolio optimization, it is necessary to consider the upstream suppliers and manufacturers in the supply chain together to obtain the optimal product combination strategy that can make the whole supply chain benefit. In this paper, the MNL model is used to describe the consumer choice behavior. Based on the analysis of retailers' and manufacturers' profits, a nonlinear mixed integer problem is established, which considers the centralized strategy model and optimizes the profit of the whole supply chain. In order to reduce the complexity of solving the nonlinear mixed integer programming problem, the profit and cost in the supply chain are sorted out in this paper. By analyzing and solving, we can get 1) the product production price that can make the whole supply chain profit optimal 2) can make the cost minimum product delay delivery time, product replenishment cycle and the manufacturer's raw material order decision. Finally, in this paper, we give random values of several kinds of products and their variables. First, we obtain the optimal product combination decision of retailers for these kinds of products. Then it analyzes the influence of the change of the manufacturer's production capacity on the final product portfolio decision. The basic conclusions of this paper are: 1) relative to the strategy of no product combination, The method of product combination decision can help increase the profit of the whole supply chain 2) for the products with higher profit, the manufacturer that provides the product can increase the profit of the whole supply chain by increasing its production capacity.
