【摘要】:20世紀(jì)末期以來(lái),在科技和生產(chǎn)力快速發(fā)展的大背景下,全球化信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)逐步形成,加快了全球化市場(chǎng)的形成,也加速了技術(shù)應(yīng)用地域變遷,導(dǎo)致新產(chǎn)品層出不窮,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展、制造工藝的革新和客戶需求的日益多樣化就要求企業(yè)加速研發(fā)新產(chǎn)品,不斷縮短交貨期,同時(shí)提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。為獲得新形勢(shì)下的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),企業(yè)縱向和橫向整合力度不斷加大,陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了一些巨無(wú)霸企業(yè)集團(tuán)。隨著巨型公司供應(yīng)鏈整合的快速進(jìn)行,供應(yīng)鏈在給企業(yè)帶來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的同時(shí)也伴隨帶來(lái)了更多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的傳遞進(jìn)一步導(dǎo)致了供應(yīng)鏈的脆弱性;由此造成的供應(yīng)鏈管理效率低下問(wèn)題,時(shí)常在供應(yīng)鏈企業(yè)間發(fā)生并造成不同程度的損失。本文以軌道交通裝備制造企業(yè)Z公司的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理為主要研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究,針對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別方法以及供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方法,總結(jié)了一套基本上完整可行的理論,對(duì)于裝備制造型企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管控指導(dǎo)理論也起到了一定的豐富作用。另外,對(duì)于Z公司而言,從管理實(shí)踐角度講,對(duì)企業(yè)在智能制造和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的大背景下進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理優(yōu)化升級(jí),提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,優(yōu)化經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效等也具有建設(shè)意義。本文主要由五部分組成:第一章,緒論,主要是明晰企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估和分析的相關(guān)研究背景,簡(jiǎn)要介紹關(guān)于供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,在給出本文技術(shù)路線的基礎(chǔ)上簡(jiǎn)要介紹本文內(nèi)容安排。第二章,供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理理論綜述,主要?dú)w納了有關(guān)管理理論知識(shí)以及進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中所用到的模型原理。第三章,Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素識(shí)別,主要是界定Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。通過(guò)內(nèi)部調(diào)研走訪,采用SWOT分析以及波特五力模型框架,分析Z公司在行業(yè)的定位以及供應(yīng)鏈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平。設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷用于收集數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)研究Z公司供應(yīng)鏈相關(guān)因素指標(biāo)并將因素指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分類,為后續(xù)對(duì)各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)提供條件。第四章,基于模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法與神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià),主要是對(duì)Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),分析各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的重要性程度并設(shè)置權(quán)重;運(yùn)用神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,對(duì)各類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所包含的二級(jí)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),比較分析兩類方法的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果后取得各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的重要程度。第五章,Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析及管理措施,主要是針對(duì)Z公司供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究提出防控措施。根據(jù)Z公司企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理特點(diǎn)及其各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素狀態(tài)提出進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步合理化的建議措施。本文的研究成果針對(duì)目前軌道交通制造企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理現(xiàn)狀及管理要點(diǎn),提出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法及管控措施可直接用于Z公司供應(yīng)鏈管理過(guò)程中,希望有助于改進(jìn)完善企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the 20th century, under the background of rapid development of science and technology and productivity, the global information network has gradually formed, accelerated the formation of global market and accelerated the regional changes of technology application, resulting in the emergence of new products in endlessly. The market is becoming increasingly competitive. With the development of productivity, the innovation of manufacturing process and the increasing diversification of customer demand, enterprises should accelerate the research and development of new products, shorten the delivery time, and improve the quality of products and service at the same time. In order to obtain the competitive advantage under the new situation, the vertical and horizontal integration of enterprises is continuously strengthened, and some giant enterprise groups appear one after another. With the rapid development of supply chain integration of giant companies, supply chain brings more risks as well as competitive advantages. The transmission of supply chain risk leads to the fragility of supply chain, and the inefficient supply chain management often occurs among supply chain enterprises and results in different losses. This paper takes the supply chain risk management of Z Company as the main research object, through the research on the supply chain risk management of Z Company, aiming at the supply chain risk identification method and the supply chain risk analysis method. A set of basic complete and feasible theory is summarized, which also plays a rich role in the supply chain management and control guidance theory of equipment manufacturing enterprises. In addition, for company Z, from the perspective of management practice, it is significant to optimize and upgrade supply chain risk management in the context of intelligent manufacturing and industrial upgrading, to enhance enterprise competitiveness, and to optimize business performance. This paper is mainly composed of five parts: chapter one, introduction, mainly clarify the relevant research background of enterprise supply chain risk assessment and analysis, briefly introduce the domestic and foreign related research status of supply chain risk management. On the basis of giving the technical route of this paper, the content arrangement of this paper is introduced briefly. The second chapter summarizes the theory of supply chain risk management, mainly summarizes the knowledge of management theory and the theory of model used in the risk assessment of supply chain. The third chapter is to identify the supply chain risk factors of Z Company, mainly to define the supply chain risk factors of Z Company. Through internal investigation and visit, SWOT analysis and Porter's five-force model framework are used to analyze Z Company's position in the industry and the level of supply chain competitiveness. The questionnaire is designed to collect data to study the supply chain related factors in Z Company and classify the factors to provide the conditions for the subsequent risk assessment. The fourth chapter, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and neural network comprehensive evaluation method, Z company supply chain risk evaluation, mainly to Z company supply chain risk evaluation, analysis of the importance of various risk factors and set up the weight; Neural network comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the secondary indexes contained in various kinds of risks, and the importance of each risk factor is obtained by comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the two kinds of methods. The fifth chapter is about the risk analysis and management measures of supply chain in Z Company, mainly aiming at the research of supply chain risk of Z Company. According to the management characteristics of Z Company and its risk factors, some suggestions are put forward for further rationalization. According to the current situation and key points of supply chain risk management in rail transit manufacturing enterprises, the method of risk evaluation and control measures proposed in this paper can be directly used in the process of supply chain management of company Z. Hope to improve and improve the supply chain risk management system.
