【摘要】：國內(nèi)的鋼鐵行業(yè)的規(guī)模伴隨著經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展實現(xiàn)了巨大的擴張，但是其整體的信息化管理程度仍然不高，仍存在管理手段原始、效率低下的問題。同時，在鋼鐵行業(yè)的管理中，由于備件采購具有數(shù)量巨大、業(yè)務活動量多等原因，，因此采購管理系統(tǒng)一直是信息管理系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。其中對供應商的管理與評估更是采購管理的重中之重。由此可見，一套良好的供應商管理與評估系統(tǒng)對于鋼鐵行業(yè)的信息化發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 首先，本文對鋼鐵行業(yè)中備件采購供應鏈中備件供應商的管理與評估現(xiàn)狀和國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進行了全面的分析。以對某鋼鐵企業(yè)的供應商部門所進行的充分調(diào)研的結(jié)論為依據(jù)，從供應商的注冊準入、招投標、合同執(zhí)行及供應商的評估等方面分析該企業(yè)在采購及供應商管理業(yè)務中存在的問題。 其次，本文提出了在鋼鐵行業(yè)中對于供應商管理的信息系統(tǒng)的改進策略，根據(jù)該企業(yè)的實際情況進行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)、測試等工作，搭建供應商管理平臺，從而實現(xiàn)應用先進的手段和管理理念，規(guī)范對于供應商的管理，最終完善企業(yè)的信息管理系統(tǒng)。 最后，對本文所述的備件供應商管理與評估系統(tǒng)的項目成果、項目中應用的各項關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及創(chuàng)新點進行詳細的描述，并對該項目在實際應用中提高企業(yè)競爭力、節(jié)約人力成本、提升企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益等方面的具體表現(xiàn)進行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The scale of domestic iron and steel industry with the sustained and rapid development of the economy to achieve a huge expansion, but its overall level of information management is still not high, there are still problems such as primitive management means and low efficiency. At the same time, in the management of iron and steel industry, the purchasing management system is always an important part of the information management system because of the huge quantity of spare parts procurement and the large amount of business activities. Among them, the management and evaluation of suppliers is the top priority of procurement management. It can be seen that a good supplier management and evaluation system is of great practical significance for the information development of the steel industry. First of all, This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the management and evaluation of spare parts suppliers in the supply chain of spare parts procurement in steel industry and related researches at home and abroad. Based on the conclusion of the full investigation conducted by the supplier department of a certain iron and steel enterprise, from the point of view of the supplier's registration, admission, bidding, The problems in purchasing and supplier management are analyzed in the aspects of contract execution and supplier evaluation. Secondly, the improvement strategy of supplier management information system in steel industry is put forward in this paper. According to the actual situation of the enterprise, the system design, program realization, testing and other work, build the supplier management platform, so as to achieve the application of advanced means and management concepts, standardize the management of suppliers, Finally, the information management system of the enterprise is improved. Finally, the project results of the spare parts supplier management and evaluation system, the key technologies and innovations used in the project are described in detail. The concrete performance of the project in improving the competitiveness of enterprises, saving the cost of manpower and promoting the economic benefits of enterprises are summarized.
