【摘要】:在真實(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會中,隨著社會化分工的進(jìn)一步加深與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)的提升,使得經(jīng)濟(jì)社會中的制造與服務(wù)不斷地融合與共生,兩者之間的邊界也變得越來越模糊。在此形勢下,產(chǎn)生了適合新時(shí)代特點(diǎn)的供應(yīng)鏈,即服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈。傳統(tǒng)供應(yīng)鏈已經(jīng)不能滿足新時(shí)代的要求,混合供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)窃趥鹘y(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)鏈的基礎(chǔ)上,隨著產(chǎn)品服務(wù)化的不斷加深而產(chǎn)生的。服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈?zhǔn)菄@處于中心位置的顧客而構(gòu)成,通過一系列的原始設(shè)備制造商、承包制造商、制造服務(wù)企業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)企業(yè)形成服務(wù)型制造網(wǎng)絡(luò),及時(shí)捕捉顧客的真實(shí)需求,并將其用數(shù)字化方式傳遞給其他網(wǎng)絡(luò)伙伴,為用戶提供個性化的全面解決方案。混合供應(yīng)鏈上的各個網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)之間的交互協(xié)同使得多企業(yè)主體能夠在更廣闊的范圍內(nèi)尋找具有比較優(yōu)勢的制造資源,降低制造成本,提高顧客滿意度,可以說協(xié)同能力是混合供應(yīng)鏈中的核心能力。 以往對供應(yīng)鏈管理及供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同等方面的研究已有很多,但是對服務(wù)型制造模式下的混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力方面的研究卻相對較少,希望通過對服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力的研究,為以后的相關(guān)研究提供參考。本文首先在分析整理服務(wù)型制造、供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同等相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的特點(diǎn),用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對其主要構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行了分析,包括服務(wù)能力、管理能力、整合能力、學(xué)習(xí)創(chuàng)造能力、物流能力、柔性能力、信息處理能力和發(fā)展能力,同時(shí)提出了服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力發(fā)展的制約因素;然后根據(jù)借鑒種群生態(tài)學(xué)理論,以Logistic模型為基礎(chǔ),針對客戶和集成型制造服務(wù)商的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力成長模型,揭示了服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈上節(jié)點(diǎn)協(xié)同的演化邏輯;最后根據(jù)服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的特點(diǎn),,考慮了新形勢下經(jīng)濟(jì)社會大環(huán)境的要求,構(gòu)建了服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提出混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力成熟度模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評價(jià)法來評價(jià)服務(wù)型制造混合供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同能力成熟度,對某企業(yè)做了具體的應(yīng)用分析,同時(shí)得出結(jié)論并提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In the real economic society, with the further deepening of the social division of labor and the promotion of productive services, the manufacturing and service in the economic society are constantly integrated and co-existing, and the boundary between the two becomes more and more blurred. In this situation, a supply chain suitable for the characteristics of the new era, that is, the service manufacturing hybrid supply chain, has emerged. The traditional supply chain can not meet the requirements of the new era, the hybrid supply chain is based on the traditional product supply chain, along with the deepening of product service. The service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain is formed by a series of original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers, manufacturing service enterprises and productive service enterprises. It can capture the real needs of customers in time and transmit them digitally to other network partners to provide users with a comprehensive and personalized solution. The interaction and cooperation among the various network nodes in the hybrid supply chain enable the multi-enterprise agents to search for manufacturing resources with comparative advantages in a broader scope, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve customer satisfaction. It can be said that collaborative capability is the core competence in hybrid supply chain. There have been a lot of researches on supply chain management and supply chain coordination in the past, but there are few researches on collaborative capability of hybrid supply chain in service-oriented manufacturing mode. It is hoped that the research on collaborative capability of service manufacturing hybrid supply chain will provide a reference for future research. In this paper, based on the analysis of relevant documents, such as service-oriented manufacturing, supply chain coordination and so on, combined with the characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain collaboration, the main components of the hybrid supply chain are analyzed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. It includes service ability, management ability, integration ability, learning creation ability, logistics ability, flexibility ability, information processing ability and development ability. At the same time, it puts forward the restricting factors of collaborative ability development of service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain. Then, according to the theory of population ecology and logistic model, aiming at the relationship between customer and integrated manufacturing service provider, the cooperative ability growth model of service manufacturing hybrid supply chain is constructed. The evolutionary logic of node collaboration in service manufacturing hybrid supply chain is revealed. Finally, according to the characteristics of service manufacturing hybrid supply chain, the requirements of economic and social environment are considered. The collaborative capability evaluation index system of service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain is constructed, and the collaborative capability maturity model of hybrid supply chain is proposed. On the basis of this, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the maturity of collaborative capability of service-oriented manufacturing hybrid supply chain, and a concrete application analysis is made to a certain enterprise. At the same time, the conclusion is drawn and the relevant suggestions are put forward.
