【摘要】：近年來物流業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，綠色物流還沒有引起人們的重視，特別是水果綠色物流發(fā)展相當(dāng)緩慢。由于水果易腐爛、保存周期短的特性，通常倉儲、包裝、運輸?shù)葮?biāo)準(zhǔn)達(dá)不到其保鮮要求，我國每年損失幾千萬噸水果。水果在流通過程中造成了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染和資源浪費，直接影響著可持續(xù)發(fā)展的進(jìn)程和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的提高。 靈寶市是河南省最大的蘋果種植基地，其蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)是該市的經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱，但物流落后嚴(yán)重制約著其發(fā)展。本文通過查閱資料和實地調(diào)查對靈寶蘋果流通現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，對靈寶蘋果發(fā)展綠色物流進(jìn)行研究，以減少物流成本，提高物流運作效率，同時期望為欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)發(fā)展水果綠色物流提供參考。 首先，對綠色物流和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流和農(nóng)產(chǎn)品綠色物流的概念進(jìn)行了研究，并對綠色物流的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了分析。靈寶蘋果綠色物流的研究要以各種生態(tài)理論為基礎(chǔ)，達(dá)到資源循環(huán)利用和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目的。 其次，分析了靈寶蘋果的現(xiàn)有物流模式，并著重對綠色物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行SWOT分析，找出靈寶蘋果發(fā)展綠色物流存在的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅。 再次，通過建立評價指標(biāo)體系，采用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對靈寶蘋果綠色物流體系進(jìn)行評價，，分析哪些因素達(dá)到了綠色化，哪些因素影響了綠色物流的發(fā)展。 最后，對綠色運輸、綠色倉儲、綠色包裝和綠色流通加工等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化，并分析了靈寶蘋果基于供應(yīng)鏈的循環(huán)物流系統(tǒng)運行模式和基于產(chǎn)品生命周期的綠色物流運行模式，提出綠色物流系統(tǒng)的運行保障措施，以期靈寶蘋果在今后的物流運作中實現(xiàn)綠色化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of logistics industry, green logistics has not attracted attention, especially fruit green logistics development is very slow. Due to the perishability of fruits and the short storage period, the storage, packing and transportation of fruits can not meet the requirements of keeping fresh, and tens of millions of tons of fruits are lost every year in our country. Fruit has caused serious environmental pollution and waste of resources in the process of circulation, which directly affects the process of sustainable development and the improvement of economic benefits. Lingbao City is the largest apple planting base in Henan Province, and its apple industry is the economic pillar of the city. But logistics backwardness seriously restricts its development. In this paper, the current situation of Lingbao apple circulation is analyzed through consulting data and field investigation, and the development of green logistics of Lingbao apple is studied in order to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics operation efficiency. At the same time, it is expected to provide a reference for the development of green logistics in underdeveloped areas. Firstly, the concepts of green logistics and green logistics of agricultural products are studied, and the theoretical basis of green logistics is analyzed. The research of Lingbao apple green logistics should be based on various ecological theories to achieve the purpose of resource recycling and sustainable development. Secondly, this paper analyzes the existing logistics mode of Lingbao apple, and focuses on SWOT analysis of the current situation of green logistics. Find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Lingbao apple development green logistics. Thirdly, through the establishment of evaluation index system, using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate Lingbao apple green logistics system. Finally, it optimizes the links of green transportation, green storage, green packaging and green circulation processing. This paper also analyzes the circulation logistics system operation mode of Lingbao Apple based on supply chain and the green logistics operation mode based on product life cycle, and puts forward the operation guarantee measures of green logistics system. With a view to Lingbao Apple in the future logistics operation to achieve green.
