【摘要】:正RFID技術(shù)目前在服裝行業(yè)已經(jīng)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,例如世界著名的服裝生產(chǎn)企業(yè)Zara、HM等都使用了RFID技術(shù)。國際數(shù)據(jù)公司(International Data Corporation,IDC)指出,2010年美國服裝業(yè)用在RFID硬件、軟件和服務(wù)上的費用已突破850萬美元,這些企業(yè)產(chǎn)品裝配線的每個工位都安裝有RFID讀寫器,服裝供應(yīng)鏈的每一個環(huán)節(jié)都嚴格采用RFID技術(shù)進行監(jiān)控。企業(yè)資源分配是服裝供應(yīng)鏈中的一個重要問題,服裝制造商通過企業(yè)分配資源,使面料的采購、服裝生產(chǎn)、倉儲、配送等環(huán)節(jié)相互協(xié)調(diào)。如果企業(yè)的某個部門資源分配不足,整個產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期將被延長,
[Abstract]:RFID technology is now widely used in the clothing industry, such as the world famous garment manufacturing enterprise Zara, HM and so on using RFID technology. The International Data Corporation (IDC) points out that in 2010, the American clothing industry used the cost of the RFID hardware, software and service to exceed $8 million 500 thousand, these enterprises produced. Every station of the product line is installed with RFID reader, and every link of the garment supply chain is strictly monitored by RFID technology. The distribution of enterprise resources is an important problem in the garment supply chain. The garment manufacturers allocate resources through the enterprises, and coordinate with each other in the procurement of fabric, clothing, storage, and distribution. The resource allocation of a department of an enterprise is insufficient, and the whole production cycle will be extended.
