【摘要】：借助若干可量化和可操作的指標(biāo)進行了實例分析與驗證,將復(fù)雜的供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)分解成若干子系統(tǒng),建立了包括顧客滿意度評價、供應(yīng)鏈財務(wù)評價和供應(yīng)鏈綠色度評價等子系統(tǒng),運用因子分析法對其進行分析并得出結(jié)論,對實施供應(yīng)鏈績效控制有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the help of some quantifiable and operable indicators, the complex supply chain system is decomposed into several subsystems, and the sub-systems including customer satisfaction evaluation, supply chain financial evaluation and supply chain green degree evaluation are established, and the results are analyzed by factor analysis method and the performance of supply chain performance is implemented. The effect control has some guidance and reference significance.
