【摘要】：企業(yè)集團是經濟體制改革下的新興經濟組織產物,其內部結構復雜,伴隨著經濟體制深入改革,我國的企業(yè)集團近幾年來迅猛發(fā)展。企業(yè)集團的發(fā)展對于企業(yè)調整組織結構、改善產品結構十分有益,要將集團的功效發(fā)揮到極致,就必須完善集團內部管理機制,而財務管理作為內部管理的核心環(huán)節(jié),管理機制是否健全關系到集團的整體效益甚至安危。但是,我國企業(yè)集團中顯然存在諸多問題,通常企業(yè)集團的經營范圍廣、跨度大,因此集團財務管理較于企業(yè)管理要復雜很多,難度也隨之增加。本文從我國集團財務管理中存在的問題出發(fā),對財務管理的結構要素進行分析,從而為集團財務管理提供依據。
[Abstract]:Enterprise group is the product of new economic organization under the reform of economic system, its internal structure is complex, accompanied by the thorough reform of economic system, the enterprise group of our country has developed rapidly in recent years. The development of enterprise group is very beneficial for the enterprise to adjust the organization structure and improve the product structure. In order to bring the efficiency of the group into full play, it is necessary to perfect the internal management mechanism of the group, and the financial management is the core link of the internal management. Whether the management mechanism is sound or not is related to the whole benefit of the group and even the safety of the group. However, there are obviously many problems in the enterprise group in our country. Usually, the business scope of the enterprise group is wide and the span is large. Therefore, the financial management of the group is much more complicated than the enterprise management, and the difficulty increases with it. Based on the problems existing in the financial management of the group in China, this paper analyzes the structural elements of the financial management in order to provide the basis for the financial management of the group.
