【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代的到來,全球進(jìn)入信息化時(shí)代,多種經(jīng)濟(jì)模式如雨后竹筍般破土而生,逐漸形成了基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息化多種經(jīng)濟(jì)模式。與此同時(shí)眾多企業(yè)也逐漸利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)提升信息溝通效率,研究信息化在企業(yè)管理、業(yè)務(wù)交流等企業(yè)自身管理以及企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同、量化管理、信息采集、支持決策等諸多方面的應(yīng)用。在商業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)近乎白熱化的今天,現(xiàn)代化的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,是以“供應(yīng)鏈管理”為核心的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,即強(qiáng)調(diào)企業(yè)應(yīng)該發(fā)揮自己在供應(yīng)鏈條上的核心作用,不斷強(qiáng)化核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,組織好上、下游的資源,為整體目標(biāo)而協(xié)同運(yùn)作,達(dá)到整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化和高效。本文主要以實(shí)際項(xiàng)目來深入研究生產(chǎn)企業(yè)外部供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)與應(yīng)用。首先對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究分析,總結(jié)供應(yīng)鏈管理信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè)存在的問題及為企業(yè)帶來的意義。從企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀、未來客觀需求進(jìn)行分析提煉和總結(jié)應(yīng)用價(jià)值及對(duì)信息化系統(tǒng)的要求。在總體設(shè)計(jì)上,依據(jù)管理需求、效率要求、數(shù)據(jù)安全、數(shù)據(jù)追蹤等多方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì);在系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)上,建立公共數(shù)據(jù)交換框架結(jié)構(gòu)方法,使用統(tǒng)一的方法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,同時(shí),按照數(shù)據(jù)交換任務(wù)成果與失敗情況記錄數(shù)據(jù)交換日志表便于跟蹤處理;在系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)上,充分考慮系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用集成問題、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率問題、數(shù)據(jù)防重與數(shù)據(jù)跟蹤問題;在系統(tǒng)測(cè)試上,模擬正式應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景,在產(chǎn)品功能、接口效率、權(quán)限過濾等多方面進(jìn)行測(cè)試,充分保障系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和實(shí)施的可靠性。通過對(duì)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)外部供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),為企業(yè)未來多元化的商業(yè)模式奠定了信息化應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ),面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的今天,更好的把控供應(yīng)鏈上下游的信息數(shù)據(jù),將促使生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)逐漸向服務(wù)型企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型速度加快,逐漸將生產(chǎn)商品銷售,轉(zhuǎn)型為用戶生產(chǎn)用戶需要的商品。這個(gè)從企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)本質(zhì)上發(fā)生了巨大變化的經(jīng)營(yíng)理念,逐漸萌芽,并日漸發(fā)展。相信該生產(chǎn)企業(yè)隨著外部供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)的不斷深入應(yīng)用,在企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,一定會(huì)成為中國(guó)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的先驅(qū)者。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the network era, the world has entered the information age, and many economic models have been broken up like bamboo shoots after the rain, gradually forming a variety of economic models based on the information technology of the Internet. At the same time, many enterprises also gradually use network technology to improve the efficiency of information communication, research information in the enterprise management, business exchanges and other enterprise management and business cooperation between enterprises, quantitative management, information collection, Support decision-making and many other aspects of the application. In today's commercial competition, the modern business philosophy is based on "supply chain management", which emphasizes that enterprises should play their core role in the supply chain and constantly strengthen their core competitiveness. Organize the upstream and downstream resources and work together to achieve the optimization and efficiency of the whole supply chain. In this paper, the construction and application of external supply chain system in production enterprises are studied in detail. Firstly, the current research situation at home and abroad is analyzed, and the problems existing in the construction of supply chain management information system and its significance for enterprises are summarized. From the enterprise management present situation, the future objective demand carries on the analysis refinement and the summary application value and the request to the information system. In the overall design, according to management requirements, efficiency requirements, data security, data tracking and other aspects of the design; in the system structure, the establishment of a common data exchange framework method, using a unified method for data exchange, at the same time, It is convenient to track and process the data exchange log table according to the achievements and failures of the data exchange task, fully consider the system application integration problem, the system running efficiency problem, the data anti-repetition problem and the data tracking problem in the system implementation. In the system testing, the formal application scene is simulated, and the product function, interface efficiency and privilege filtering are tested in order to ensure the stability of the system and the reliability of its implementation. Through the construction of the external supply chain system of the production enterprises, it lays the foundation of the information application for the future diversified business model of the enterprises. In the face of the increasingly fierce competition today, the information data of the upstream and downstream supply chains are better controlled. It will speed up the transformation of production-oriented enterprises to service-oriented enterprises, and gradually turn the production and sale of commodities into products that users need. This business concept, which has changed greatly in essence, is gradually springing up and developing day by day. It is believed that with the further application of the external supply chain system, the manufacturing enterprise will become the pioneer of the Chinese production enterprise in the process of enterprise transformation.
